  1. DETAILS: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2024/10/17/road-workers-assaulted-by-drunk-driving-cop-then-they-were-arrested-10-days-later/
Road construction workers are facing felony assault and kidnapping charges after claiming they were the ones assaulted by a mystery driver. Even though the workers told the responding officers they believed the perpetrator was drunk, they let him drive away without a DUI investigation. It’s a secret case sealed by the courts, and authorities won’t say the name of that driver. As it turns out, the mystery driver was an off-duty police officer. Ten days after the incident, the workers were scheduled to have a TV news interview about the assault by the mystery off-duty cop. But instead, police officers arrested them prior to the interview.

  2. I didn’t even watch the video yet and I know for a fact, cops are gang members. They protect each other, and the boss is the judge. All you have to do is follow the money, dirty cops, and dirty judges sticks together.

  3. Thank-you for speaking on this disgusting police corruption!!! I will be sharing this on every social media app I have. I so appreciate the work you do to seek justice for all & call out these hypocrisies!!!

  4. Yet, in the face of the preponderance of evidence to the contrary, we are still being gaslit by a narrative of a delusion of policing in America.
Policing in America is a plunderers paradise for illegitimately attaining wealth through mass incarceration incentivized by for-profit prisons that just warehouse humans with no rehabilitation process to benefit society, just societal harm compounding more societal harm and democracies resources being funneled to those that contribute nothing.
The harm is obvious to all observers but those committing the harm refuse to stop….. the unelected oligarchy must be appeased by weak politicians.
But democracy is the great equalizer, it gives power to the powerless – vote for change.
America is the outlier democracy when it comes to democracy. As both the world's first representative democracy, but now one of the least democratic democracies currently in existence.

  5. Sealed the presentment! That should tell you everything right there!
Somebody pressured the judge and the prosecutor's office.
They have a right to face their accuser or question them on anything that helps their defense.
No video, ugh, there's a real problem right there!
No DUI, no evidence, he said she said. . this'll be interesting.
    They're already looking for a scapegoat…
The traffic camera video will disappear, too!

  6. Compare your reporting notes with Dr. Rashad Richey who has reported this same story today, with a dramatically different narrative. I am a fan of both channels, and I know you have even collaborated as a guest on Indisputable.

  7. Guess what guys the civil rights lawyer knows there is everyday people who watch this whove also been treated unfairly to put it lightly but if we use our minds and think together we can help one another Never be scared to ask for help from someone if in a bad situation….amen.

  8. Its the Judges, it always is… They can either make or break a country… Why do you think poor countries never get anywhere, and the rich over there get richer and the poor get poorer by losing their lands etc. The Judges!!!

  9. CRL, you should be able to tell us the name of the dirty judge who agreed to seal the case. Let's start with accountability there by broadcasting his name and the name of the individuals who are responsible for bringing (or not bringing) ethics charges against him
