The business partner of YouTube mom Ruby Franke appeared in Utah court Wednesday and pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated child abuse. Jodi Hildebrandt was accused of tying up two of Franke’s children in her home using duct tape and starving them before one escaped to a neighbor’s house. Hildebrandt is set to be sentenced on February 20.

Nice to see this monster humbled. She has no right to be sat there with this sad look on her face. What she is going through in jail isn't even a fraction of what they put those poor kids through. Why? Because it is classed as inhumane.
I honestly have no idea how any so called parent could treat their children in this way and think its OK. They TORTURED those kids and tied them up because they KNEW if one got out they would be in trouble. Disgusting people.

I am glad that the children are spared the trauma of having to testify but I also feel as though that was their chance to finally tell their story and people would be FORCED to listen after waving them off multiple times. I hope they receive an adequate and healthy future from here on out.

Plead guilty so that further details do not come out in a lawsuit (= media circus) and you get a reduced sentence. Good tactic.
