Justice failed to these children, both parents were abusing their own children, the mother is in prison and the father is free which is a totally miscarried of justice
He is as guilty as his wife, and he should have been also arrested along with her

They all almost killed those kids, why wasn’t it attempted murder charges!? Why wasn’t that judge exposed !?!

Ppl may not like the guy, but he is not wrong on how religious extremists and cults abuse religious protections to allow them to isolate and abuse children. There needs to be more protection and regulations to keep children safe and stop con artists from hijacking religious protections to abuse and take advantage of people

There should be some type of subpoena to force parents that are accused of abuse or neglect to allow child protective services to do a wellness check or a medical evaluation when parents are evasive.

This man finds time to speak to strangers about laws but was nowhere for his kids well-being. Where was the phone call to the police or cps if you cared so much?
I didn't think it was going to be said, but the last few seconds she finally said what I've been saying:
"while he wasn't participating in what was actually happening, you know he also at the same time wasn't doing anything."
When he was living with Ruby…he never stopped her from her extreme parenting…therefore, culpable in my eyes. Also, just to show his character…he tried having his daughter arrested when she took things from the home to help with taking care of HIS children.
To all the people saying "Kevin abandoned his kids" and "He is complicit" I don't think you understand or are aware that Jodi is known for separating husbands from their families he didn't choose to leave he was pressured
Taxpayers in deeply conservative states are rife with conspiracy theories regarding DCFS. They’ve just legislatively starved the agencies to prevent them from having the resources to follow up on any but the most obvious cases. Conservative talk radio here in Idaho talks about DCFS like they are the abusers. This is even after a young boy died of abuse at the hands of his stepfather because his father’s frantic phone calls weren’t well followed up on. Schools have to report abuse, which is exactly why religiously motivated abusers don’t send their kids to school.
there's evidence to suggest that Ruby AND Kevin were both abusive before ever meeting Jodi. the "brainwashed" defense doesn't make sense when you realize that this type of behavior from the parents, being emotional AND physical abuse as well as neglect as been occurring for years. neither of them deserve the kids again
