Jail is Ruby Franke's best legal option. Staying in jail is an opportunity for Ruby to prove she is sorry and her behavior correctable. it also provides the opportunity for a proper psych evaluation.
Ruby and jodi are victims the the Mormon church and they are ones that should be on trial.
