Sarah Boone’s 8th Lawyer Begs to Quit Ahead of Suitcase Murder Trial – Everything Law and Order Blog

The Florida woman accused of suffocating her boyfriend in a suitcase can’t seem to get along with her public defenders. Her eighth defense attorney, Patricia Cashman, filed to withdraw from representing Boone, citing irreconcilable differences. Boone submitted a 50-page complaint about Cashman, calling her “too snotty” at one point. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the latest in Boone’s case.

The alleged murder occurred in the couple’s Orange County home where Boone claimed they drank wine and played hide-and-seek before she passed out. However, a video allegedly recorded on her phone contradicts her account. While the trial is scheduled for October 7, it remains uncertain if it will proceed as planned or who will represent her moving forward.

  1. The fact is You would not help a person that was begging for help To get out of a suitcase You refuse to help him that makes you responsible for his death

  2. She flipped the suitcase Over That's pretty obvious So the man could not get out Even if it was cracked open a little bit he's laying on the lid To the suitcase How could he possibly get out She flipped that suitcase over he didn't get in the suitcase upside down.

  3. WTH?? Enough of this already, she knows what she is doing …. Come on judge!!! She’s clearly buying time while USING AND WASTING tax payer money!! 8th attorney? Geezzzzz

  4. I know a man should never lay a hand on a woman but maybe, just maybe, “everything” her boyfriend did to her was a little warranted?

  5. I would agree ,if i was her , to accept a plea deal . I would plead guilty to manslaughter/ neglect, due to being mentally impaired with alcohol and past issues with domestic violence committed by georg against me. To try and take no responsibility for his death is just digging herself a bigger hole. The trial should be interesting .

  6. She got stinken drunk and spaced him out after she passed out. She thinks that just because she didn't kill him intentionally she should get a pass. Especially since he was just a drunken Mexican. I seen all her videos and watched her interrogation and I find her arrogant and clueless.

  7. My inward gasp when i saw the suitcase as I thought it was a reenactment ,then when her voice says the same.words.i heard.from the Intervoew😮 no.way ..à

  8. She keeps demanding respect. I don't think she knows what that word means.
Also, it's hard to give someone respect when they so clearly give little of it in return.

  9. She is trying to control the way the case is handled and it doesn’t work that way. The attorney will present the case the best way they think it should go. As a defendant, you have very little input on that.

  10. We've seen Sarah's first pro-se appearance and she's now written notes that expresses a desire for some attorney aid. She doesn't even like herself – her 9th atty!! ha ha
