  1. No mention of the decibel limit, a key part of the legality of this. And this was also Witsit's key argument, yet none of that was shown. It was all carefully edited around, too. Utterly bizarre way of covering this.
They need to show proof that he was operating his amplification above the legal limit which would differentiate what he's doing from regular speech to a demonstration (which you assumed in all the legal paperwork you showed, yet the entire point is that it was never justified he was doing that)

Witsit specifically asked, numerous times, for proof that the decibel of the amplification was above the decibel limit. They repeatedly refused to:
    1. Even measure it
    2. And therefore had no ground, whatsoever, to arrest him.

They need to show he was demonstrating, not arbitrarily accuse of it (while repeatedly refusing to justify it). There is law in place saying they NEED TO measure the decibel limit prior to arresting him.

They broke the law in numerous ways. Not just this one that I covered.

  2. How about friendly park police advise this man he requires a permit to use a voice amplifier and he has (such time – one hour) to clear the area or be subject to arrest? When I worked in Security at many levels including protecting officials I was reminded to give multiple warnings and to write my report citing who was present and contact information. Forcing I.D. comes after warnings and time to comply. This was too much force in too little time.

  3. Also, what is this calling him a scientist?? He’s totally not….
Edit: never mind I just noticed scientist is in quotes
