  1. Tarr ain’t getting far.
I think often Orders of Protection can only aggravate the offender even further and certainly, as well sadly, can’t stop a bullet. Tarr’s life is over indeed. These endings make no sense to everyone involved. Stupid is as stupid does.

  2. I had heard of the Starved Rock murders but never about Andy's work or any potential innocence. Here it is 2023 and it's still in limbo but looks like Andy is still working hard on the case.

  3. I’m sorry to say mr Hale sounds ignorant in regards to domestic abuse. Abusers don’t “snap,” they are acting as normally as they would any other day. I doubt the people around her were surprised by his actions suffice it to say. A lack of a criminal record doesn’t mean no criminality or violence. It’s so sad bc it’s hard to go to the police when you KNOW protection orders don’t work and nobody will do anything until you die. Rest in pease to Ms Leslie; she didn’t deserve this and her name deserves to be said more than her killer’s.

  4. The self defence instructor is dead, due to the perception of bigotry surroundings amongst us. Just like judge, trying to defend the victims, meanwhile she's an evident victim herself at home, but will show her brave freaking face, full of guilt, just for the sake of bigotry in our society. That's what scary to our miserable society.

  5. Being a DV survivor, this absolutely terrifies me. If my ex husband wasn't behind bars for something else, I wouldn't put it past him to do this to me because he was angry that I left him and he actually had to be an adult and support himself and his son (my former stepson).

  6. We need to do something in America about this domestic violence crisis. I don’t have a single female friend who has not experienced assault, rape, abuse, and coercion. STOP SAYING PHYSICAL ABUSE. Most cases I’ve been on the victim never thought they were being physically abused bc people don’t realize that physical abuse includes restraint, blocking exits, throwing things in the direction of someone, making some have sex or depriving them of sleep, food, peace until they give in, punching walls, driving erratically at high speeds while you are in the passenger seat, pushing open doors, yelling in someone’s face close up, etc.

We need to support victims. We need to educate the public and the police bc police are dying at the highest rate on DV calls.

There is nothing ours laws can do to prevent the abuser from coming after the abused especially if they left the abuser. What we need is resources and money to support the victim, try and create a family safety plan and educate people about how they can help if they have friends or family in this situation.

AND YOU DO. Statistically we all have someone in our life at risk of death due to violence in their home. They most likely will hide it so you need to know the signs to look for. Domestic abuse comes with a number of syndromes for all the members of a family that make it almost impossible to get away without help. And just don’t bc you might not be abused if someone in your family is you are at risk at any family event or when you are with that family member at any time.

  7. So this defense attorney's theory is that Chester is the world's unluckiest man because he was charged and convicted of 1 r@pe and then later 3 murderers by the age of 21 and he wasn't guilty of any of it. Right… I don't think I'll hold my breath on this one.

  8. It’s such a sad story, but this is why non criminals should also be allowed to carry guns, oh wait, they have been since the country was founded?! Oh yea! I forgot! our poor innocent biden admin seems to be super forgetful.

  9. Shoes or bloody weapons could be a motive for c ar washing the car. As for the text he could have GPS linked to her phone or vehicles GPS linked. It could be that he'd put a device under / in her car to track her

  10. Domestic violence it horrible. I had a family member that was in a extremely abusive relationship. To the point that he beat her nearly to death. In the end he tried to kill her but she hid only to find out he killed himself.

  11. The second case is the reason that the death penalty should be abolished. There are just too many corrupt people with power. And regardless, humans are so fallible even when their intentions are good.

  12. Looks like her ex did it. If the other victim survives he should be able to clear this up. Lock this creep up and throw away the key. Only a fool would throw his life away just so he could kill someone.

  13. Okay… it’s thanksgiving… people are up at all hours cooking and getting ready and they’re off work and out of school. Of course the neighbors are out and about. Especially if they have a forward facing window in their kitchen.

  14. Because it's an old age home and or a rest home you're talking about dementia Alzheimer's It's Not Unusual that something got put in the toaster oven what's unusual is that this place actually let bullets go in there with residents somebody needs to do a state check on that place because I work at one and hell no they won't even make it to the front door you got to call the cops if they accidentally pack it in their luggage when I get shipped from years over the years if you find it you're supposed to call the cops how would it end up with the bullets that's my question and if they have bullets then they get sent alcohol and it gets accepted I bet you that's crazy state check

  15. He could have possibly used to find my iPhone even find my Android now or he could have the tracker use the GPS on her car it's an X he had access to all of that she didn't have to know he was there but that's what could have flipped his switch is that she probably said she was somewhere else and then he knows that she's at somebody's house he goes there and the stupid s***

  16. Not sure how this creep got the jump on her but beyond self defense training, its important to have good perimeter alarms. Every entrance to your property should be electronically monitored, nobody should get in your home without some sort of alarm going off. For example, Ring cameras are cheap and effective 24×7 alarms.

  17. Love you Ana Garcia . I only watch and like a crime video featuring Ana. She is Beautiful inside and out. She is caring authentic and a brilliant legal mind.
As busy as she is, still takes the time to reply in the comment section , unlike other content creators. Class act.

  18. What happened to the videos of you guys interviewing people's families who are missing or murdered. You guys do like your own investigation & would even go confront the suspects. What happened to those videos? You haven't posted one in months??

  19. What a condescending jerk! If a victim isn't high profile they're "nobody". He can F off! This attitude is the primary problem with police and precisely why a woman has to be killed before police will act.

  20. I trained silly females. But I was not dumb enough to believe they could actually take man in standard combat. I trained them for legal weapons like pens and pencils and attack at the throat and eyes. This is the only way for a woman to take a man and it requires hundreds of hours of practice these fools go to these classes and believe they are invincible. It makes me sick that assholes take money from women to train them to die. I had daughters and never charged. I fought 35 years in the ring and 35 years of Arnie stick and knife. Luca
