  1. The cop still tries to get info even after the guy said he is taking the 5th. The SOS white cop doesn't know jackshiff. That's Adam Shiff who lied to the USA for 3.5 years.
Good job Super. Just leave dismissed and a slight walk of shame. Officer F would have been an ego arrester because he doesn't respect citizens.

@Tinskap Imagine officers not knowing the laws they are supposed to be upholding and enforcing, by now every cop in America should be trained on constitutional carry videos and how they work, polite or not they pushing the issue further than it needs to be. The man told them what he was doing there should be no further conversation, he doesn't have to show id, he should be free to go about his way, instead they keep asking questions which implies detainment, the second time the "nice" first officer asked me anything my response would have been am I being detained, am I free to go until he said yes or told me I was being detained, when it comes to this thing yes it pays to be nice but they not trying to be nice they trying to skirt the law." IMAGINE @?????

  3. Idk why officer 1 keeps asking for the guy’s name. He doesn’t have to give his name. He didn’t try to understand the guys state of mind to see if he was considering harming himself or others or if he had already harmed someone. He doesn’t owe anyone his name yet.

  4. hi five to officer vance what a level headed dude same with officer 1 and may i just say its good to see some good comments about police and their interactions with the public all cops are not tyrants although the guy on the camera did seem to be rude to an extent and wonder if they are pushing for something to happen and its about rights it costs nothing to be polite

  5. (Sorry for the late comment; I'm just seeing this video) Here's my opinion: No one deserved an A+ in this case. Sergeant should get a B for not immediately correcting his out-of-control officer after the interaction ended and for interrogating a citizen about whom there was no RAS. He should have asked his officers if they had any RAS with which to effect a detention and stopped the interaction when the answer was "no". Cameraman should get an A- for giving up his 2nd Amendment rights when the 2nd Officer showed up and giving up his 5th Amendment rights when the Sergeant showed up, after initially maintaining both rights very well. (Also, I'm tired of hearing "I have no ill intent and no ill will." Either remain silent or don't remain silent.)

  6. So if an individual who’s ignorant about the right to open carry open calls the police because they consider that “suspicious activity” that is not sufficient reason to demand ID from someone to “prove” they aren’t a felon. Just ridiculous.

  7. That second officer is an accident waiting to happen. I have to wonder if any amount of additional training is going to break through the monumental ignorance this cop displayed. He is such a liability for his department he should transition to a desk job or resign.

  8. The cops all say the same bull shite. They are so used to it actually working that they can't comprehend the situation ever and adjust to the same BS they spew out their mouths and shows how low IQ they actually are and yet are trusted with a "government issue" gun and the ability to arrest people with the use of force that may potentially get the citizen killed.
