If he were ever released, there's no doubt he would kill again due to his inability to connect with others on a humane level. He brutally murdered six women and one man behind a strip mall, likely raping them before killing them to avoid being reported. This monster derives pleasure from inflicting pain on innocent people who never saw it coming. He is a clear danger to society and must remain incarcerated to prevent further atrocities.
