This story is insane from start to finish. He wrote a 27 page email because a drunken woman made passes on him. He plans to murder both her and her wife. When stalking around their home, he has a panic attack which he records. Then on the night of the attack, he has a boombox playing STAR WAR MUSIC. Like, he in a movie or something.

i think the so called ''sexual assault'' went the other way! i wasn't there so this is pure speculation but i think she was drunk and he saw this as a chance to set her 'straight' and finally be with her but she rejected him so to protect his ego he reported it as an assault on him. we can't see the actual records from the reprimands they both received but we know that afterward Anna moves with her wife and asks him to leave them alone and unable to accept it, he then decides to murder Anna. in his own words he said that he wanted to shove the knife into her heart but i don't believe it was to make it quick, i think it was so she would feel the stabbing pain in her heart as he did in his when she rejected him. however, this all my opinion and i have no proof to back it up nor do i hold a degree in criminology so i could be wrong.

I don’t think she ever came onto him. I think she was drunk he attempted to take advantage of her and she was conscious enough to stop him and say no, so he decided to ruin her life because he was embarrassed. She more than likely felt bad and didn’t want to deal with it any further and just accepted things as they were not wanting to fight because that’s her friend, but his actions to get her into legal trouble backfired on him and he took his revenge out on this woman who was more than likely innocent of what he accused her of. I believe he liked someone he couldn’t have and snapped. Just because he told the truth about his plans to kill her does not mean he was honest about what truly happened between them. People who want to be seen as truthful spin the facts all the time then start believing in their own lies.
