9. Curious why you didn't follow up on his testimony that he had broken or injured his hand on other occasions as a police officer. That testimony could have made your case even stronger had you decided not to settle. Was the $25,000 a case evaluation recommendation that the client accepted?

10. I find it "odd" that every one of these videos when PIGS are being questioned, that they ALL LIE! I guess it has worked for them for the past half of a century (before cameras) so they have this perceived notion that the courts will still believe them first. Well, bubble buster, Courts still believe them first, but video is tying the courts hands to cover it up (sometimes), Just remember, PIGS are allowed to lie, you lie, possible death. This just goes to show the cowardice of PIGS.

14. HELL NO! I never would have settled. I would have demanded this go to trial. I am not saying that cause I'm rich or anything. I believe TOO MANY times these issues never see a court house and therefore the public is NEVER made aware of how bad the cops are. I would have demanded a trial and I would have requested the new crews to be there. I would have BLASTED the fuck out of that police department! There is no way in hell I ever would have allowed that cop to retain his badge!

Did anybody else notice when the lawyer asked did you break your hand by getting in the fights and did you do it while as a police officer he had a smile on his face the bottom line is he was happy about what he was envisioning in his mind so this is proof that he was excited about beating the crap out of somebody. This cop is lying through his teeth, it's obvious he got rid of those gloves because he knows do gloves have the civilians blood all over them

24. Quick question in a lawsuit and settlement like this against the officer can the client also sue the officer directly. Second question can the client issue a restraining order against the officer.

27. I own those gloves and UFC gloves. Those gloves are designed to create damage to the punchee without sustaining damage to one’s hands or the puncher. That’s the opposite of UFC gloves that are designed to reduce damage to the punchee.

30. 25,000 plus attorneys fees is probably realistic. Unfortunately the system is rigged against victims in these cases.

31. NO i would not have accepted $25k.. that was one of the best evidence examples I've seen, both physical evidence and emotional reaction content. I've seen people get $500,000 for less than that. I would get doctors to show that both the husband and wife had PTSD from the situation, which is very common in these situations (For life), as it is with many people victimized by criminals.
