Cops both want to put handcuffs on people without letting them know why they’re being detained then decide out of their ass the person is already in handcuffs so we might as well charge him with ANYTHING we can 😂

The resolution of this was absolutely ridiculous. Dismiss the obstruction charge…fine. Attend de-escalation training? Establish a new bureau? No. How about not acting out on the highway? File your complaint whether it’s the police or a private citizen. This motorist is UNHINGED!
He asked for trouble and he got it. He is obviously a hothead and a road rage risk. Go on about your business,dude. Can you imagine if he was accosting a private citizen instead of a police officer? Probably felony assault! This guy NEEDS to go to jail!

Needing his name for report and him refusing is not a crime. He didn't obstruct her from doing her job. Its not like he got in the middle of her interviewing the man in car that she was after. But in the end, I think Mr. Kern should just drove on and not when ape chit on the cop about her driving.
