  1. So they probably could've drove home and not ended up getting in trouble but unfortunately chose to do the right thing and not drive. Cops really are ridiculous tyrants a majority of the time

  2. "Failed to exercise their discretion to resolve this incident without resorting to legal intervention"

Common sense policing. To be part of the community and helpful rather than using completely legal and justified action against it. If no harm has been done, why create harm?

  3. We were always taught to hide our keys far away from the car if we were intoxicated, just in case the cops showed up. Unfortunately, "they're" more interested in indoctrination, than teaching new generations about their rights and how to navigate around psychopaths with badges and the like. Eat bugs, own nothing, and look the other way…….

  4. One time I got a seat belt ticket in a supermarket parking lot. I got in started the car, and while still in the parking spot, with the car not in gear, was putting my seat belt on. Pig cane over and gave me shit.

After some sparring (I initially declined to provide ID) the pig gave me a ticket. I had argued that he had no jurisdiction in the parking lot.

He threatened arrest and violence. I eventually complied. I went to court, the pig never showed and my case was dismissed.

Pigs exist to harass, demean, and violate citizens.

  5. I think driver should NOT have gotten DUI since she wasn’t actually seen driving I am wondering why the girls were sitting in the car if passenger actually lived there. The passenger could have let driver ‘sober up’ inside.

  6. If you aren't actually driving down the road, how do you get a dui? They tried to do the responsible thing and got punished for it. Cops had no business making contact with them in the first place.

  7. Technically, according to the video, the chmsl (center high mount stop light) was not illuminated. I find it highly unprobable that all individual chmsl lights were burned out. Therefore, the brakes were most likely NOT applied.

  8. This lady cop should be telling her.She did a good job but not driving while drinking and give her a handshake.Instead, she sent her Dick.Jill, for being honest for doing the right thing. This is why aren't countries going to crack

  9. It would be funny to sit in a car intoxicated with keys in your lap and when the officer says “You’re under arrest…” you say “Those are not my car keys officer…I lost my keys last week”
