She Left Her Toddler Alone for 10 Days to Vacation in Puerto Rico

2. She starved her daughter while it looks like she has never missed a meal

3. Imagine if the toddler survived, she'd only need to change its clothes and refeed it and nobody would know

6. These people sound so angry in court WTH were they when the dad tried to get custody??? No where as always our system is broken

7. The neighbors are just as guilty not checking on a screaming and crying baby I would have broken windows and doors if I heard a baby crying like this poor little soul

I watched my dad slowly pass away in hospice last Oct/Nov from starvation at 91 after choosing to not have a feeding tube (he couldn't eat normal), he had family there in his last days, I can't imagine that poor baby going through almost the same thing scared, alone and not understanding what was happening.

11. If she was planning to travel, why not get someone to watch the baby while she was gone?

14. Who in their right mind would leave a baby home alone if she didn't want to bring the kid with her she could hired a baby sitter thankgod she got life in prison

15. Its interesting how calm she is answering police questions and lying about everything. It is apparent that she did not care about that baby even one bit.

16. My baby is 16 months right now. This story breaks my heart so . I think about this baby girl and the terrible way she lost her life. I would never leave my baby alone for 5 min much less days. I hope this woman is punished in the afterlife as well.

17. What's bad is there were cameras in the home, baby got in her walker and flipped head over heels down the stairs, the baby tried to get in her high chair calling for her mama to feed her, she fell out onto concrete floor head first

19. The worst part is that she did survive 7 days. 7 days of eating whatever she could to survive.. so she is a fighter!! RIP sweetie

There are no exuses for leaving their own young children home alone and this is one reason I never will have own children, why she still had a own child in the first place if she was a wicked mother who really didn't love her own child or take her child to an orphanage if she think she still loved her own child?!

27. That’s no mother no mother will leave their child for 10 days and not think twice if they truly love their children she’s disgusting. I’m a mom and she makes me wanna vomit. My son is 38 years old and never did I leave him like she did Jaylin.
