  1. These people! You do have to have a driver's license to travel on the roadways in a vehicle. You don't have to have a license to walk. This common law shit applies to traveling only if you're walking.

  2. “The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horse drawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but a common right which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" where does this come from ? Is this a ruling under the supreme court?

  3. I disagree that she has a “lack of traffic laws”. She knows damn well what the laws are she’s just a ridiculous fool.

  4. What is going on in this country that so many people are being sucked into what's obviously psychosis? Conspiracy theories have exploded, and they turn what would normally just be a dumb person into a psychotic person.

  5. Sovereign citizens want all the rights & privileges afforded to U.S. citizens but they don't feel like they're obligated to comply with federal or state laws. In my opinion, if someone chooses to become a sovereign citizen, they should have to file their decision & then understand exactly what they ARE or ARE NOT entitled to under their sovereign citizenship. That's the ONLY WAY these morons will realize that they don't get to cherry-pick what laws to follow or what they're entitled to legally.

  6. I cant stand dealing with police but these idiots are beyond stupid. They have all the rights but dont have to follow any laws we have. And she has all the paperwork from the sovereign citizen website that king jabadoo wrote and she printed them off the internet. And that is supposedly more than enough. This is what keeps safelite in business.

  7. This is why I hate a lot of the ways of thinking of US citizens; because of the exaggerated individualists mentally every requirement, every law, every obligation that do not go their way or that is thought to give priority to the safety of the many amd not the few is either unconstitutional, illegal, or communists. I understand the importance of defending your rights and looking after yourself and your close ones first, but there are simply some laws that you most abide if you want to live in a decent and healthy society.

  8. Again… all the arguments you state that you think support your position state "motor vehicle" and "drive." Both of which are commercial terms, defined in commercial code law. All code laws require consent to be valid. You're supporting tyranny, whether you realize it and want to admit it or not. She's obviously an idiot though, she keeps saying "I don't need a license to drive." YES YOU DO GIRL. DRIVING IS A COMMERCIAL ENDEAVOR.

  9. More confused about sovereign citizen than before watching the video. So basically there is no definitive answer to having air not having a DL to drive. What I took away was that there might be a minute chance of using this argument that is dependent on one circumstance that is dependent on another that is dependent on another…

…and to be more careful when hiding contraband.

  10. I've noticed there are two types of people who try this. One type you can tell they don't believe in the bs they're spewing just trying to be a pain. Then there are the type that truly believe that they're right so much so that they tell the cop he doesn't know what he's talking about. She falls under column B

  11. The people teaching citizens this poison should be held accountable. What they are teaching is crap and fraud. U can't drive without a drivers license and the laws are for every one. She's not exempt from the laws. The people teaching this crap need to be arrested. No one is above the law. I really want to understand why some people think the laws Dont apply to them. Why do that think this. U do have the rite to travel but by a car is a privlage not a rite. Wake up and quit being stupid. We all have to pay our share.

  12. That's Gulf Breeze,Florida. She will get a ticket…they love e writing them. So, if you find yourself in this beatiful place. Don't go over the speed limit period. 😊

  13. I agree w everything except the DUI.

There is no way one could tell whether or not she was on any substance. Sometimes it’s obvious..this time is just wasn’t.

  14. A "mute" point, what is that, a pen out of ink or a broken pencil? I just had to say it. Maybe the officer will read this and not make the mistake again. More to the point this woman is a moron.

  15. “I’m not driving, I’m traveling”…………Driving IS a form of traveling! You have the right to travel freely but you HAVE to have a license to DRIVE!

  16. Article 10 of the Constitution gives the states rights to create laws for anything not covered specifically under the constitution. Automobiles are not covered under the Constitution because they did not exist when the Constitution was written

  17. "Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron. They consider themselves to be "Sovereign" and NOT a "Citizen". To them being "Sovereign" means they have full power and control over their lives. Thus not a "Citizen" that would recognize any Government authority over them. That is why they always reject being called it.

  18. Well I actually feel sorry for these people because they can get into a lot of trouble over standing up for these absurd beliefs. Basically there are website that push this crap and even sell service like if you are stopped one of there people will advise you on the phone. People are paying for this stuff and it is basically a scam. But I find a certain group of people tend to believe this and they are usually people with far right ideology and actually believe that Noah could put 2.1 million species from around the world 10,000 years ago on a boat.
