Why is the public so upset at this sheriff’s department? Can an official government social media page block you or delete your comments? Can they just delete the page entirely to stop public criticism?

1A issues with social media are bizarre and seemingly preventable with forethought. I actually had to hire a civil rights attorney for my high schooler after they made threats over his non-illegal/threatening/harassing video made outside school hours. Max Kautsch in Lawrence, KS is a very cool lawyer who does a lot of work on 1A cases. I am not endorsing legal services, but I had a good experience and positive resolution. It can be tricky to find 1A lawyers without hiring grifters who study Constitutional law, but don't have a law degree, and can't stop getting arrested. There's a fine line between testing the system and making the system resent you.
