29. Classic case of cops showing favoritism to loved ones, and then trying to prevent collection of any evidence of their wrongdoing. If you think there's a legit case and there is not reasonable expectation of further harm, the right thing for any cop would be to call the local jurisdiction and demand the suspect not to leave.

    Done ruined your case making a shaky arrest with excessive force, including the fact youre yanking around one suspect trying to show off how big and bad you are to handcuff a second subject. No court is going to find that reasonable.
