She should be disbarred
A judge should NEVER even have phones on the bench. There are other forms of communication that may not interfere with trials. 👿😡
Accused could have cause of Appeal.
No sheet Sherlock if she's not in trouble something is going wrong with our justice system
Disgraceful
Should not be allowed
Meanwhile cop shoots man 6 times in the back because he went into his house with a subway sandwich.
Women mostly have this addiction of social media where their multi-tasking leaning brains specifically as it relates to their phones causes many problems to their career and relationships. Social media has made women less compassionate and more superficial.
It’s an addiction
SHE RESIGNED.
no punishment at all yet.
😮 for the love…how unprofessional! And disrespectful af…
This is a perfect example of why most people use the saying"our system is corrupt" and don't trust the system at all!!! This is disgusting!!
I live in Pottawatomie County Oklahoma which is part of the 23rd district which includes Lincoln County. The judiciary is corrupt. I'm surprised the district attorneys office didn't cover this up.
This whole judicial system is a bunch of unhonarable punk children!! NO MAN SHALL JUDGE ANOTHER !!! ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS!!! EVERYSINGLE ONE OF UM!!!
She just got this job and couldn’t even behave for one year. Thank goodness they caught this before re election.
Sack her not only for texting, but the sentence she gave / not given to a child killer !!!
Wow, a judge egregiously disrespecting everyone involved in a trial including a 2 year old child who was beaten to death? Not surprised, at all, but what a piece of human garbage. Oh, no, the American judicial system isn't a joke, like at all. No sir.
No I’m sorry but screw this POS person. If she can’t pay attention on this type of case then she not only needs to be fired but maybe even locked up.
This Judge you interviewed shocked me with her views on this case. Ethics and integrity should always be top priority regarding a defendant’s freedom. I believe this Judge should not only be removed from the bench but disbarred. Make the judge an example by losing her prestigious position, her ability to practice law and forfeit all those years of hard work through college and law school.
What a SLOB. She better be disbarred.
Did the bailiff get fired? If so why not the judge???
so this host completely ignores what she was doing and who and what she was texting during a case..
Paid a fortune to do this job.
Could at least pay attention.
I don't believe that this is her first time doing this. Surely they'll make it her last.
Every courthouse is woke. I have inside to court and it’s obvious most workers are women, woke to the max and most judges are paid to swing towards a certain way they need to meet quota on. This is a corrupt system. It all is.
UNBELIEVABLE
She feels entitled, she feels above the Law. The Jurors aren't allowed to have phones. A judge is just another public servant so do what We ask or find other work.
How do these people even get to the position of Judge. After reading her texts to her bailiff, I think she has the mentality of a 15 year old mean girl or a personality disorder. Crazy.
How dare you question God using the phone.
Social media addiction is real. I quit everything but YouTube in 2017. Never going back.
If we were on the phone in court we’d be booted out of there ASAP! It’s happened to me several times as a criminal paralegal in trial assisting my boss!
The Judge should have used her laptop but briefly. She was on her phone too long especially while a person was testifying on the stand. The Jurors are frequently warned not to have cell phones & those attending the trial are told to turn their phones off. Cell phones have become an addiction to a lot of people. We lived without them for years! Ontario, 🇨🇦
WOW 😮
"the Honorable"…….I rest my case…
Women and their phones, good luck with that!
See, that’s why there should be a green hooded billionaire, who’d jump through a window and in low voice tell “Traci” that she failed the city, and then put an arrow or two in her chest.
Finally 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
So judges can’t multitask.
If the jury cant the judge sure couldnt
She might be looking for a new job soon
No because she only reads the verdict. The jury decides
