I think the way it works is, because he was found 100% at fault, he will pay 100% of QP costs, plus court costs. If she would have been found 10% at fault she would pay 10% and Terry 90%. It should be a pretty high bill for 7 years representation and all the expert witnesses. I’m sure he’s busy scheming how to pay/get out of, this one.
