  1. So she tries to get the Black lawyer to pull the race card between the two cases. The Black lawyer very intelligently explains the possible differences as to why the bail decisions. So the host just doubles down. Stop it lady ffs! Of course the young guy is more of a flight risk. He has absolutely nothing to lose and the physical ability to go on the run quite easily.

  2. Im sorry, i just don't appreciate the down playing of the acts of a vicious killer, i.e., "What was going on in his mind," asked softly. It's like he really isn't such a bad guy. He just made a mistake in judgment blah blah blah. Why is there a favorable bias, from this professor , towards this thug? How many times has a killer gotten involved with "searching" for a victim,?

  3. Its amazing that domestic murders all think if they play the devastated partner, join the search and talk to the media, no one would ever think it was them

  4. Anna is obviously a race baiting liberal. It has nothing to do with the judge being a white male. Has everything to do with social status. Plus why is the Alaska guy described as “African American “ there is absolutely no evidence this guy was African and became a U.S. citizen. What was the judge? Obviously it’s important. Was the judge Irish American polish American German American? Your liberal rules not mine. Funny how the black woman on your show never mentioned race.

  5. If one is hungover why would one walk to work. The one thing I’d remember is my phone, maybe not my purse, but definitely my phone always. He’s full of bs. Wonder when it was decided and said “these are dangerous times” before this time as it’s said now. What in God’s name has changed?

  6. I disagree with the younger man being a risk then the older man having money not a risk. The man with money has more of a risk. Her being of color she should no better but maybe not.
