  1. Nobody would want to live without water and where was the landlord in this situation? This is unreal I'm surprised that woman Melissa I think was her name didn't call somebody and report her not having water or just normal stuff that everybody has! No toilet no nothing and making these kids live in it! That woman is to be extremely pitted in a situation like this really she should be! You can't go to the bathroom you can't cook you can't clean there's nothing that you can do that normal people do! Families are supposed to help where were the families? Instead of being in jail she needs help! About the cage she has got to be mentally unstable to do that to a child let alone an autistic kid!

  2. That dear child asking not to be hurt. God bless this sweet baby and hope he gets all the love and help he needs to get through this trauma.

  3. Where was CPS the first time they were involved with children living in filth? What do they get paid to do? That cage was monstrous. My God how does any parent have their children in this filth much less this child with autism. My heart hurt for these children. No one protected these children. Definitely needs looked into and more info on the mother as well. This is far from normal and how’d it get there?

  4. I want to be positive here, but after going threw so much in my life as a mother of a special need child & I'm a tan latina living in a tiny clean apt. This parent or whatever she is has a house, she's Caucasian and she didn't have to let anyone in her home. She's living off a monthly SSI check and she does what she wants.
I been called ACS a few times jealous neighbors (they had to move out) they found nada. It was horrible & the workers ended up liking me. Clean home, clean kids, school, everything in order, full to the top food cabinet, fridge & freezer. I have more pans/pants then a restaurant I'm no joke!
My point was at the end she went to jail, but for 6mths of my life I was investigated. Called in,I had to Almost take the worker on vacation. I end up calling the supervisor to put this case on hold or something. I'm not punishing my kids when we go yearly away for 4wks. So case continue after I return & I left hotel address where I will be at ect.. This Caucasian lady will get extra help ect…
I contacted my kid school to help me move no one help me. My health to a toll and became chronic enemia ended up dying on August 2022 hospital a few days IV infusion & blood transfusion. My teeth took a toll. Broken teeth, missing. Couldn't eat right. Fast forward had to get top dental implants. I didn't know this was expensive & I couldn't afford it. I thought since I have a good heart ❤️ when I work I donated food to homeless on the streets, clothes, money on gofundme. I figure hey maybe I will get help. No help! I needed the full amount of $31,000 but I rather only get $4,000 which is the only payment directly to the dental office I'm not able to pay. The rest I'm on a 3.5 yr payment plan. I'm writing this to let my feelings out not for sympathy. I feel life is not fair. Some crazy lady like this one open gofundme watch it poor half million she can buy a house. I'm not Caucasian so I get no help. If I'm giving people take but not the other way around.

  5. As a mother of a autistic child this is horrifying! Trust me autism is not easy! But that’s appalling and horrifying what was done to this girl.

  6. I guarantee this child was receiving benefits which is why she was imprisoned in the home (in a cage) – so Melissa benefited from her being there. DISGUSTING. I am heartbroken 💔 for the victim.

  7. Okay it's very simple, if this set of parents cannot keep a small trailer livable and sanitized enough to live safely in it, and to care for their children they do not need to have their children with them right now at least. They either have mental health issues, or they just don't care. Either way, the children need to be cared for. The children take priority over whatever the hell is happening with these parents. It's pretty basic. People want to make this convoluted, complicated, it's really not. And yes, I have a nephew who is extremely severely autistic. He is a wanderer. There are so many parents that live their lives in denial when the children are young and have these issues, and then when the children get too much for them to handle they have no help sit in place no respite care or anything. If I were not disabled at this point in my life, I would and have thought of now that I'm widowed, taking foster children who need help in to my home and caring for them. I don't know that I would qualify because of my physical limitations. I know that I was able to raise six children very successfully, and without abusing them. I know that one of our children was extremely, extremely challenging and had very very severe issues mentally. We dealt with that because we had to. We didn't lock her in a cage, we did not ignore the fact when she was very small that these issues were there. We took her to every place we could possibly take her to to have her evaluated and get her help. Maybe this girl cannot live in a home situation. Maybe she can only live in a lockdown situation in a group setting, or a more structured setting. She still deserves to be taken care of, loved, and treated with the utmost in human decency.

  8. State aid for disabled individuals can be extremely difficult to come by and sometimes entails a very long wait list to even get where you can receive aid. It's an unfortunate circumstance but true. Some states have very low priority when it comes to special needs individuals. I only know this because of friends with disabled children. The one here in TX was on a wait list for years.

  9. Mum probably suffers from a major depressive disorder which resulted in her finding the care of the autistic child overwhelming which in turn results in the state of the residence. The worse the deterioration in the condition of the residence the harder mum probably found to ask for help. Desperation led to making of the cage maybe so mum could actually get much needed rest without worrying if the child had escaped.
GP and some agency must have been aware of the severely autistic child…were welfare
checks done and positive realistic assistance given to the family…from experience some autistic childrens behaviors can be very challenging and relentless. Families and care givers do get exhausted and require respite…care giver from child and child from care giver.
Its a tragic awful sad and vicious circle for each individual involved.

  10. How do people end up with all the sick shit that goes through their brains to hurt another human being… What in the hell is in the water thats making people do these heinous crimes .

  11. Well….. you can definitely have the mom behind bars and put her in the crate, and take her to jail and then there you , and literally behind bars. Never said which type, kind and or sort of behind bars, the way I see it.

  12. There is reports the house was disgusting no toilets, so they used a bucket and threw it in the yard. Look at the mother she looks like she's not all there. Shame on people for letting it get this far. We have all these programmes about hoarders etc. and yet children living in a cage in utmost filth with an other little one as well by the way are left like this. Awful God love those kids but I find it hard to hate the mother because I don't think she's capable.

  13. This may be a dumb idea, but I wonder if some of the childrens " autism" in these cases is not autism but the effects of extreme abuse and neglect?

  14. Why the lack of information about a I assume a nonverbal adult being held in horrific conditions
    Why not details………
    Unbelievable…………

  15. What is wrong with people.!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I keep asking,
There are so, so many cases of horrible child and adult abuse,
The starvation, the torture, depriving of water, the beating, the rapes the isolation and eventually dealth.!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's just unbelievable and is happening more and more..

  16. My god this woman is uncivilized, absolutely no reason to live in a disgusting environment like that. And her face christ. THE COPS GAVE HER BACK?!WTF IS WRONG W THEM?! SCRAP EVERY DEPARTMENT. my kids a runner too, ( at 2 yrs old) she would carry her little table to the door and unlock the deadbolt while I was in the b.r. or my room making my bed etc..so I had to put a wicked high chain lock on my door and nail the windows shut, it worked

  17. Lady you must live in Disney Land…. Take off your designer clothes and go help the poor lady with her children…Take lessons from Mike

  18. I am upset over how little you understand of several autism. I ofcourse understand that this children need help and need to be removed, but nothing tell us about child-abuse. The mother tried to keep her girl safe at night, and if you have had experience of severe autism, you had realized that it could be the childs safety-zone, that bed.

  19. How awful and sad as asual child protection services never around to help abused and murdered children they are so shit not fit for purpose same in UK country I live in they ment to protect these kids but don't so what's the point
