  1. Her actions are beyond horrendous and that child didn’t deserve to die. But she obvs needed help. People just don’t kill their kids for the hell of it.

  2. Most cops drink a lot.
Additionally whatever problems physical & mental/emotional people have become worse the older they become
The husband had jealousy issues. (& may well have had flings/affairs over time). We expect from others what we ourselves do
Put together the above factors & the male family friend over for a meal. Much alcohol consumed in the process
    Emotion then rules reason
    Guns close at hand
    Disaster results

  3. The neighbor probably knew he was a cop and thought they would have come after them r something since a lot of people know they protect their own ,I watch true crime and I think that and have seen that so maybe they were afraid of him and the police .

  4. That poor child. I also lost my son Liam in '08. There is evil in
the world. Jesus reminds us that although we live here, our
real home is heaven, and to heaven we will return if we repent
of all sins and come back to Christ. He is the ONLY way.

  5. I was blessed with a microcephaly child. She never developed beyond 9 months mentally. Physically a baby all her 19 years of life. I think of her daily. Yes it hard, yes it stressful….what a blessing. P.S. Father didn't want her…thank God I did!!

  6. I lived in San Jose, CA for 10 years, and now I've lived in that area of Texas for at least 5 years since! UGH! So much heartbreak!!

  7. Maybe the mother was meeting some guy she met on social media and had told him she had no kids and felt she had to get rid of her autistic child.

  8. Yeah. The pig killing the wife is a horrendous situation as Ritter states. It's devastating.

And yet far more common a devastating situation is PARENTAL ALIENATION and NO ONE TALKS about THAT. And yet, it's a situation involving LIVING PEOPLE which could possibly be resolved and actually HEALED instead of all this hand wringing over dead people.

  9. The daughter had maybe witnessed domestic violence by her father against her mother in the past, that's why she knew immediately that it was him. Just because people didn't know it was going on, doesn't mean it wasn't.

  10. Sorry but that Texas shooting is not the neighbor’s fault so it’s a stretch to “blame” him for her death because he didn’t call police

  11. What a cruel, heartless mother.! .. How could she kill her baby! .. If she doesn’t want her son, she could have just left him to his dad instead of brutally strangling him to death and leaving him naked like trash. This crime is beyond tragic. Heartbreaking!

  12. Such a sad case and I feel so bad for the father. He never thought his mother would hurt their child. The worse crime is when a mother kills her kids cuz you carried and gave birth to them. And to murder them in such a brutal way is beyond me. Ur supposed to protect and love ur kids. Animals are better mothers cuz they will protect their young. What a bitch. If she didn’t want him anymore give him to the dad. Murder should never be an option especially with a defenseless child. She disgusting

  13. in no way i am justifying the murder but unless you have cared for an autistic child by yourself and unless there is great love for the child- it is extremely challenging for the caregiver

  14. moving to NC my little one thought gunshots at night was someone trying to break in, but I grew up there and was used to it. after a few years so was my child

  15. A crime reporter so surprised that a cop kills his wife? That occupation has the highest rate of domestic violence.

  16. As with Down Syndrome, and Autism, people don't realize these people have been touched by the finger of God, they are indeed "Special". Well she found him a new home, God took him back. She needs to have a "special" punishment.

  17. That poor beautiful little boy I really don't know how a mother could do that what a evil woman i don't understand why she could do such a thing if you didn't want him why not put him up for adoption getting to a family member this is so sad if you didn't want children why open up your legs

  18. Re: Houston cop pleads out, gets 40 yr sentence, for murdering librarian wife. Texas is death penalty state – maybe he took a plea to avoid capital murder charge??

  19. I have 2 granddaughters with autism and these children and so loving and trusting. To hear that this savage did this to this beautiful child just breaks my heart. She needs some of that good old jail house justice. This is horrible.

  20. It needs to be a death penalty action to hurt a child especially one with special needs. Something needs to change because our society keeps killing our next generation urgently.

  21. People need more help caring for disabled family members, and someone to keep track of how children are doing. This is a terrible tragedy. I hope we find out more about what happened.

  22. My Kokomo, Indiana McDonald's ice cream machine's always broken. It's 50/50 there, but I never think, "bomb threat." No idea it was a nationwide issue

  23. How awfully horrible how could you do this to your own child. It just mystifies me in so many ways. I just don't believe this Poor Baby Boy 😢❤️💕💯💯
