A beloved mother and surgical resident was found dead in her Georgia apartment on June 15. Concerned co-workers found Samantha Woolery dead after she didn’t show up for work. Authorities said Woolery had been brutally attacked and murdered overnight. Her ex-husband, Mickey Anthony Woolery, was linked to the crime from fingerprints, Ring doorbell camera footage, and a bloody machete he left behind, investigators said. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks it down.
Police tracked down Mickey Woolery on Monday in Carmel, Indiana, more than 500 miles north of Samanath’s Marietta apartment. He was arrested after trying to run from police and was caught in the woods behind a home, police said. The defendant was booked into the Hamilton County Jail on charges of murder, assault, battery, possession of a weapon during a crime, and felony malice murder. Ring video across from the victim’s apartment allegedly showed the husband with blood on his hands, his bare feet, and pants.

Crime of passion is like you been a faithful and loving husband/wife and you walk in on your spouse giving it up to someone else that is not premeditated but in the moment you lose judgement.
Premeditated is what that man did recently when he went on a killing spree to kill his ex girl, his mom, and another close family member.
Passion is also not an abusive ex that is now being restrained from seeing his kids and the mom/dad is going through custody battle and the non-custodial comes and does something to them because they lost control that is not passion that is premeditated.
