Looking at his eyes, you can see he's either lying because he knows something or he's lying because he doesn't actually know. Looking at his eyes also gives me this weird feeling in my stomach I get when I know someone or myself is lying. I don't like it.
What is with the weird cadence the narrator is using? She talked like a normal person when she interviewed the pot head, so we know she is capable… The story would be so much better if she just spoke in a normal way!
