2. The system failed her? How do we handle the cases when the woman wants revenge on a guy so she falsely accuses him of rape. Do we sentence and lock up anybody who's accused of rape. I don't believe that happened here, I believe she's telling the truth. But apparently she should've done things differently, for example not wait six days before going to the police.

4. Elizabeth knows because she's been there. She knows the questions to ask, it isn't about her. It's about allowing her to show other survivors that they too can also rise above their trauma and make them feel comfortable enough to talk about it.

26. Let me first say, Elizabeth is a brave, beautiful, and intelligent soul who is a brilliant example for survivors everywhere. But I also need to say, whenever I watch episodes with her as the interviewer, i have come to realize she interjects details about her own story into the survivors story.

    This time when she cuts the lady off to interject details and feelings about her own rape scenario, the lady looks a tad uncomfortable and a bit confused while listening politely. I have witnessed this on multiple episodes where survivors are in the middle of telling their story and Elizabeth cuts them off to share details about her story.

    I think it’s wonderful to put Elizabeth on the show, it’s empowering to herself and to survivors everywhere who go on to do bigger things and bring justice to survivors on such a huge level. But there really is a time and a place for it. It takes away the moment from the survivor telling their story, and I simply think there is a more appropriate time and place to do such.

    They can set up a conversation off camera between Elizabeth and survivors. Or they can even keep the conversation going off camera or on camera as additional footage but AFTER the survivor tells their story.

    Idk, I just thought it was just a bit disempowering and rude to those telling their story in that moment. But thats just my opinion.

35. Someone should make an app for a smartwatch that can start recording from the watch, or onto the watch when a certain word is said by the wearer. This would enable the 'victim' to record any conversation or attack with a microphone that's quite near to the 'action'. Could be useful in other situations such as dealing with the police at traffic stops or anything else where the wearer might want to record in secret so the conversation can be used as evidence later. The word to turn the recorder on should be set by the wearer so only they know they have set the recorder to 'on'.
