  1. If Alex gets away with murder I am going to blame his corrupt defense and the justice system for aiding a known murderer. He's guilty a hundred percent doesn't matter what happened later. There should be no second chance for him. A jury shouldn't be given access to the defense or anything related to the trail. They should have a separate entryway for jury members so no one can speak to them.

  2. I kind of understand it though because look at it from the other side. If you’re innocent and prosecuted 12 years after the fact then you’re probably not getting a fair trial. Seems evidence would be lost or misplaced as well as any witnesses and alternate leads. Not to mention the original investigators memories if they were even available would come into question.

  3. With the court clerk, please tell me she is no longer employed. In my opinion any proceeds she makes from her book should be forced to give to charities. She has cost the state untold expenses by now having to try this again. That she would take her inside position to. Write a book and taint a murder case should be punishable.

  4. #1 Alec Baldwin admitted to cocking the weapon and hearing a bang when first interviewed by police. You can watch that clip and see if it doesn't strike you as evidence that the gun didn't simply "fire" on it's own. If it fired right as he cocked it, that's because his finger was on the trigger. I believe he knows full well that he miscalculated what would happen – but at the same time he knows – and admitted, that the cocking of the trigger with his finger there instantaneously caused a projectile to emanate from the weapon. #2 There is video from moments before where he clearly has his finger on the trigger of the weapon, which some say is enough – rapidly cocking while you finger is in the area of the trigger it becomes hard to avoid firing the weapon. #3 Now the compounding factor is that Baldwin had just, within 24 hours, fired the part of the crew who had the plexiglass protective piece that was supposed to shield the cinematographer, thus allowing her to film the scene in line of fire. Yet producer Baldwin not only allowed that scene to be filmed WITHOUT that plexiglass protective piece, – BUT HE ALSO didn't check his weapon, and also held his finger in the vicinity of the trigger while rapidly pulling and cocking the gun. If you tell me that's not a combination of acts that amounts to reckless homicide then maybe we don't live in the same world.

  5. I have doubts about this confession, if it's true then how come they didn't find her body, didn't they search the water once she was reported as missing? We all know he's the killer but the story he's given still bothers me.

  6. I believe Natalie's mother knows the real truth how Natalie was actually killed. However, I think Natalie's mother was permitted to control the confession that Joran told to protect Natalie's reputation.

  7. Regarding Alex Murdaugh/Rebecca Hill: I haven’t seen or heard anything about any kind of hearing where the jurors who made the accusations were questioned. I also haven’t heard anything about the other jurors being questioned. It seems like that would have to happen before it would go to the appeal court. Perhaps I missed something.

  8. What I don't understand about the last case is… why point a gun at someone who's off camera? Basic gun safety requires that you don't point a gun at someone you're not prepared to shoot, even if you think the gun is unloaded. Yes, actors sometimes have to do it for the film, but that wasn't the case here.
