   Alec Baldwin: As far as being a producer – hiring the appropriate people for the jobs is making it safe. If those people have the training and safety record then didn't they do their due diligence for safety? How are they expected to check every detail on a set? Not just Alec Baldwin but all producers.

12. I was an emergency nurse almost 40 years. Regarding the pregnant teen. Sadly, she was treated at a "safe haven hospital". She could have given her male baby to any staff for care, no questions asked. Imo the Mother of the pregnant teen was inappropriate at times. Initially she planned to "sue the hospital". Because her teen daughter received opiod & other medication for her "low back pain", labor pain. It's an interesting case.⚖️

13. Love the way all of u mention constitution when it is not used in court room for regular folks. Lawyers r NOT suppose to b in Congress as representatives bc they have titles, barrister-another title can't think off hand. BAR-has to do w the royalty. America is under maritime-admiralty law. Law of the Sea. We r NOT under Constitutional law-Law of the Land. Under the Constitution we r NOT required to do a birth(berth a ship on dock) w a doctor nor have a birth certificate, nor have immunizations, nor register our car w state who claims it as their property, therefore steal it from us. Under the Constitution u r NOT allowed perpetual taxes where u can not own ur own property. Under Constitutional law there r very few laws to bind nan to the STATE. Tge government thinks the military is a well run militia, when it's the ppl who r suppise to b the militia to act against a tyrannical government. Soooooo much.

14. It feels that the system is protecting the rights of the defendants above the rights of the victims (complainant in these cases seems to whitewash what was done to these people). The saying about allowing 10 guilty going free rather than 1 innocent suffer is really at play in this one. I think additional witnesses coming forward is due to possible maturity of the victims, a change in public opinion that makes it "safer" to come forward, or guilt over their silence which may have lead to others suffering the same fate.

    And for that "young lady", she knew her situation, her mom knew. Her mom said "What did I tell you?!" And she went out of her way to hide what she did. I think courts have been too easy on these "young women" who hide pregnancies and dispose of their infants like they are trash. There are just so many other options. Both of these cases are just gut wrenching.

Seeing this after the case was dismissed, and after the way evidence was hidden and ok'd by the prosecutor, and some viewers said the prosecutor was signalling witnesses on stand, on how to answer questions; and after hearing the prosecutor testify and try to take over the judges job, telling the defense how she would be answering questions! That prosecutor was easy to dislike!

16. I find it strange how the left wants women to be able to murder their baby, up to the day of birth, but a scared young woman has a baby, and "gets rid of it" and they want to put her in prison!

17. The teen pregnancy crime happened last year. So this year she’s going to be facing trial.
