  1. So I am a British woman mid 50s and I actually remember reading about the case of the poor young woman, who had her arms cut off by an attacker, who left her to die. The lady walked miles with her stumps up and survived!
I literally remember reading about this case in my mother's True Crime magazine in the late 1970s/early 1980s.
I did not remember the victim's name but the details were so horrible that I remember the details 4 decades and more later .

  2. They didn’t start taking dna from convicted felons until the late 90s. And back then it was voted in for all sex offenders and serious violent crimes. Now it’s for every inmate.

  3. Well God bless the Smith family I think they're amazing. I'm from Massachusetts I totally respect and appreciate what these two are doing. Although I by no means was involve it's nice to see that there are people out there that care of these cold cases and we care. Thank you Anna for having Mr and Mrs Smith on your channel. 🙏🏻☺️ Hugs,🤗, from Woobie in Massachusetts USA ❣️

  4. Love hearing the word Othram. I hope I'm spelling that right because they are amazing right when I hear it I know it's going to be solved. I love DNA and I love them. 🙏🏻❣️ Hugs,🤗, from Woobie in Massachusetts USA

  5. I remember this story. Lived in Vegas ‘67-‘04 – lots of girls/women murdered!

One of my classmates at Chaparral High School was missing (early 80s) & later found in the desert by my home. I remember talking to her one day in ceramics class & then reported missing. So sad. I believe it’s still unsolved (Tighe).

  6. If he was married with kids before he died what has his widow and children etc said was his cause of death st 33 in the hospital?

  7. "And one 1983 news article about the Tighe murder stated that her abduction was part of “an alarming number of teenage girls and young women who have vanished mysteriously from the streets of Las Vegas in broad daylight.” Could Peterson be responsible for the murder of Catherine Tighe?"

  8. I smelled jealousy in ANA… she tried to discredit them by saying maybe they want attention ir lying have you ever thougt about that…
    2. Secibd blow was when she tried to just shame the whole community being marred into crime of gambling and mafia…
The couple were professional tp uphold their community…
    3. She kept blaring her career in front of them and asking them what is next..
That was disgraceful for her being so established but still SO INSECURE…

  9. Bugsy Siegel told Del Webb, a contractor who was working on a hotel/casino in Vegas, that he had killed 16 men, but added "Del, don't worry, we only kill each other", after seeing the panicked look on Webb's face.

  10. This is my neighborhood, I used to go to this Dairy Queen as a kid and still live in the area to this day. It’s so crazy I never heard about this case until now, thank you for sharing this

  11. Oh my I can relate to the death of her daddy. My boyfriend was killed in a hit and run by a woman, Angel Dora Suneson (Velardez) who had 2 prior hit and runs and who was already out on bond for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Because she ran and sobered up before turning herself in 8 hours later, she wasn't charged with a DUI which would turn into vehicular manslaughter. She was only given 180 days but served 89 days in jail. She's out and about like she didnt kill a whole human being. The Sheriffs dept responsible for investigating the death were incompetent.

  12. This is eerie because my friend and I were talking about this case last night.
It was 1979. I remember her and when this happened. I was 12, she was my sister’s age and my sister knew her. She lived down the street from us at that time. My mom also talked about it. We were shocked and saddened, as well as afraid since it was so close to home which made it a reality and not just a face on television.
