  1. So why can't that guy just answer the question she asked him what the charge meant not in this case just generally. He sounds like a politician dancing around his answer like that we are not going to hold him liable he is not under oath. I am know more knowledgeable about that charge as when he first started his ramble 9 minutes ago

  2. The reason for her blaming someone she didn't know first and then finally her son could also be explained by her say not wanting her son to be thought of as a murderer but he is 2 I mean how heavy is a gun and could he pull the trigger. I don't know but I have heard that they are not that easy to pull the trigger you know you don't just touch it and it goes off they are made to need a certain amount of pressure

  3. I thought she was trying to say he accidentally shot his sister but this sounds like the bitch is saying the 2/ year old did it intentionally. A 2 year old cannot be held criminally responsible so covering for him makes no god damn sense. Not to mention a 2 year old lifting a gun aiming and hitting her dead center….wtf are the odds

  4. Yall gave that mother too much of a benefit if doubt! The father probably burned the house down because the woman killed his daughter or that he was heartbroken. She definitely did it. She blamed too many people to have NOT done it.

  5. Throw the book at her, she did it. I can barely use our 9mm and I am an adult. U need strength and agility to cock a gun and pull a trigger , lies is what she’s telling. The Police r never buying this bullshit.

  6. So many who cant have kids . These women who cant silently agonize over this. Thank God that's not me but I know quite a few women who would do anything to have beautiful children. We just have to trust that God has purpose for this

  7. I hope all these people saying they would just have taken this baby are actually doing something in their communities, like being approved foster parents. Don't let a situation get so bad that a child dies before you act. "I would have" means nothing.

  8. Why the h*** do people have kids if they're going to abuse them etc.. these people should be you know what I mean Death penalty and don't give him 20 years give'm 1-day thats it this BS about giving them 20 years in prison I don't think so..

  10. Have you ever fired a gun? it's not as easy as it looks to pull a trigger. You need a strong hand. I doubt a toddler could do it.

  11. A friend I grew up with his family had money. – his house was with security systems motion glass breaking and cameras inside and out – I don't know why but he used a lot of drugs and was always paranoid – with that he had a gun on his night stand that was fully loaded and cocked – his baby saw a toy she wanted and began to retrieve it the gun fell went off and killed him with shot to the head – it was on survalance video

  12. It's probably one of those situations where the mother was angry with the father and kill the child because of it and try to blame the two-year-old son but it didn't work and then try to blame the father she had three different stories two different color cars come on now she's a crazy sick evil individual and she needs to put under the jail.

  13. The headline should simply be "A woman kills her five-year-old daughter and blames her ex-boyfriend." Anytime you get mixed races involved in a crime, the race card always comes out.

  14. Wow, she's putting the blame on her 2 y/o toddler? Poor kid, he will live his entire life thinking he's the worst and the youngest killer ever. Thinking he took his own sibling's life at the age of 2. I can't even fathom the kind of life this kid will endure. If she had said that from the beginning, I could have had another opinion. That kid should be given a new identity, remove from his records any association with this woman or any blood relative for his own well being. This kid must never know what his own mother was willing to do to keep herself out of jail and the reasons why she was put in there. This is just sad and scary. It's not fair to this poor toddler to start a life like this.

  15. I was born and raised in the south. I am 72 years old and I can tell you more about race discrimination first hand. I had to sit in the back of the bus. I had to drink out of "colored water fointain". Same water different fountain. I have worked in the court system in the south and have seen how blacks were treated differently from the caucasians when it came to justice. Both committed the same crimes but received different kind of justice. Until everyone is treated as stated in the US Constitution " all men are created equal" then and only then will justice be fair. It is racistism. There is no other way to describe what it is.
