A 29-year-old Tennessee woman was reported missing on August 4 by her close friend after she stopped responding to messages. Five days later, investigators found Rebecca Maxfield dead inside a car in the middle of a cornfield. Joshua Wayne Goff was arrested and charged with abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence in connection to her death. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the disturbing case.
