  1. They really thought that even the kids were gangsters ??? It's seems to be a little alone.. Cops don't know the difference between kids and adults ??? How do they know there's a gun there ???? Gunpoint on a kid and handcuffed. Honest mistake. That procedure is horrible….

  2. Why are they screaming they know there is a gun in the car when it just came back as stolen not that it had been car jacked at gun point? I wonder you can even hear the cop say yeah we knew that when the dad says man I had a concealed carry in there. So they knew the dad had a gun in the car before they knew who owned and was in the car, before they knew I wasn't stolen?

  3. I go to East Texas 2-3 times a year for medical reasons (from Arkansas). This hasn't happened to us (yet). And this is the 3rd (and worst so far) video I've seen about driving while being an Arkansan (of any race) and pulled over then having the situation go bad for no good reason to begin with.
I hope I don't end up on your show, but I'm sure going to be stepping up on having my own recording devices on my person and throughout the vehicle.

  4. People trying to raise their child right. Involved in his sports, working family, and they still have to go through this like they are some thugs. This is disgusting. Traumatizing that family because โ€œoops, my badโ€

  5. Those kids are never going to trust cops again. Theyโ€™ll probably have to go through years of therapy before theyโ€™re not terrified to be approached by any stranger, or drive too far from their home.

  6. After pulling the car over and before they start ordering people out of their car, can't they re-run the data to see if it was entered correctly the first time? It would only take a minute and could have prevented this trauma. But that would require the cops to give a damn.

  7. I believe cops deliberaty mistype the plate info SPECIFICALLY to cause a problem. A "stolen car" means inspecting the vehicle without a warrent. This will insure more tickets and thus increasing revinue

  8. If he stopped with this was an honest mistake and simply flat out said they screwed up we are so sorry, you never should have had to go through that.
And maybe bend down low and tell the little boy how sorry he is, sorry that we scared you and so forth.
You get the idea. If they were just way more heartfelt sorry, at the very least this family could at least have said to them an apology in a way that was real, instead of their first thing is to cover themselves.
If they didn't do that, most people would be at least a little bit more understanding.
Everyone makes mistakes, though this could have cost innocent lives, but nevertheless, they deserved the moment they knew they messed up was to show real empathy without excuses.
I hope that family sued for millions and win.

  9. So, in all veracity & reality this family was under " use of deadly force " as defined by law. And under the current system of things has no redress / recourse to correct this injustice because it was " descritionary function immunity " as defined by law.
P.T.S.D., excessive deadly force, etc. , and the Gestapo says we're sorry have a enjoyable rest of you're day !!!
    F.T. !!!!!
