  1. A judge should be held to high accountability, both personally and professionally. If he failed his oath he should be removed. Pretty sure, if I had multiple assault aligations, I would either be in jail, or at the very least fired from my job. Why should a "judge" be different???

  2. Allowing him to remain on the bench before adjudication is ridiculous. What if he presides over a domestic violence case? Does he recuse himself? They want to pay him during his suspension? Fine. But keep him off the bench.

  3. "Democrat Frank Aguilar has spent the past four years learning how to be a better judge " (houston chronicle 2022) – indeed he tried hard.

  4. This is a Judge, he is held to a higher standard, no he should not be allowed to sit on the bench sentencing criminals for the exact same thing he is charged with. This is absurd.

  5. And this is why i refuse to call judges "your honor". 🙄 I have not come across one worthy of that title.

  6. Judges have ben punished worse for less. He better get jail time and the judicial review council should revoke his license. Thats just standard practise for abusers in most states.

  7. I've never seen a judge campaign, let alone one that highlights another judge's alleged violence or inept decisions. I'm a voter that looks up judges before voting on them.

  8. It's about time these judges are held accountable, and I'm here for it. I had a US attorney refuse to defend a federal judge's low-handed, inept, cruel decision and send it to a different judge. After 6 years, that's some vindication for me, but no change for the many people who are suffering now and in the future.

  9. Should report on all the criminal’s with badges and guns as well! But thats ok many channels are getting us all the depositions and hearings showing what criminal’s they are !! Start with Lackluster for those who like facts !
