  1. actually, ahmaud was alive when police arrived on scene. the mcmichaels are seen on bodycam footage milling around unrestrained with their firearms. the cop doesn't tell them to set down their weapons. he does not tell them to stop. and notably, he doesn't even walk over to check on the man bleeding out in the street. ahmaud wheezes his last on the ground while four men ignore him.

i've watched his murderers' sentencing hearing many times. the way the mcmichaels asked ahmaud arbery to stop and talk to them was: "stop or i'll blow your fucking head off."

this year the mcmichaels are requesting an appeal on their hate crime conviction. i think it would be silly if this was granted, because it's my understanding that the subpoenaed phone and social media records from greg and travis revealed a long history of overt racism. they probably got their hopes up that this – which should indicate their own predisposition to violence toward people like ahmaud – was inexplicably deemed inadmissible at trial, while ahmaud's mental health history – which would have been completely unknown to his killers at the time of the murder – was allowed a lengthy breakdown. the facts of the case stood strong enough, though. greg and travis got life without, and roddy got life with possibility of parole after 30.

  2. Why was the person filming the situation given LIFE in prison for a 1st amendment protected activity???
Would love a follow up video on this, now everything has finished.

  3. Every time i hear about this case my stomach gets sick and i cry. To think about that poor boy running for his life really hurts my heart. Then the blatant sickening cover up thwt probably happens more than we will ever know. Thank god justice was finally found and these murderers are in prison. I watched the trial and when that judge had everybody be ailent for the exact amount of time that Aubrey ran for his life it was palpable.

  4. This is the only comment section on this topic where every other comment isn't "he's a thug" or "joggers (n*gg*ra) deserve it" or whatever. Tells a lot about the quality of your videos and those who watch them.

  5. Amazing that you left out the footage the HOMEOWNER released of multiple different types of people exploring the house. Your analysis makes it seem like it was ONLY Abury that did that.

  6. You stated that there was no history of racism from the McMichaels, that isn't true. Travis McMichael mentioned violence against Black people. In December 2018, he commented on a Facebook video of a Black man playing a prank on a white person: “I’d kill that f—-ing n—-r.”

  7. This was NOT just a black guy jogging, and they DID NOT follow him based solely on his appearance! Another neighbor saw him entering the house / trespassing. He was seen entering the house, and there was a problem with robberies in the area, apparently. Since you mentioned the house, you should definitely know that.

In addition, if they didn't take multiple witness statements of all the neighbors, it's probably because the videos showed EXACTLY what happened. I saw them. While it looks like the one truck tried to block him, it really didn't (couldn't). And Mr. Arbery DID attack the guy who was holding the shotgun (it's CLEARLY on video; he lunged at him). In fact he was still holding on to the shotgun after the first shot (the ME report showed that as well). That being said, after he was shot, the man holding the shotgun didn't seem all that sorry about it.

I am disgusted that someone (the 3rd man) was convicted of murder, when he had no weapon – just a cell phone., and was down the street. I noticed you didn't mention that. Or that BLM was doing demonstrations with coffins (multiple coffins, not one) and huge automatic weapons, where the jury could see. If you, the narrator, didn't have an obvious bias here, or lack of knowledge, you could have discussed that. The conviction of the 3rd guy is COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE. I would not be surprised if the BLM demonstrations had something to do with that last conviction. A person holding nothing but a cell phone, who did not go up to him and try to block him in, should not be convicted of murder (unfortunately, his lawyer sucked). I hope that conviction is overturned. If it isn't, Americans, and anybody who travels to the United States, should be very, very worried.

I always greatly admired your channel, and said that police and judges should be required to watch it. But after seeing this, I wonder how many other cases have had viital information left out, either through incompetence or bias. You don't seem to be incompetent. This is the only case where I had seen a great deal of the evidence, outside of this channel.

When George Floyd died, I vigorously defended him against people bringing up petty crimes he may have done (petty crime shouldn't have a death sentence). I watched the trial, saying, the cop better get convicted. On this one, I was a little more ambivalent, as I saw the videos. But the 3rd guy should NOT have been convicted of murder for recording the runner (Mr. Arbery), and Mr. Arbery's death.

  8. Its incredible, absolutely all southern white cops are chunky, or outright fat. Police should have rigorous physical tests yearly to keep their jobs. Really… Oink oink

  9. Travis M said on the call he was in his truck watching the house but it sounds like he is still on foot by the sound of his laboured breathing.

  10. Audit the audit just said that blacks are disproportionately targeted by cops. Do you have it wrong blacks disproportionately commit all the crime
