  1. I’m on the fence about this guy. I get that he has a job to do to pay his bills but he should have left the Scott Peterson case alone. The world knows Scott is guilty. Defending Scott Peterson left a bad taste in my mouth about Geragos.

  2. I love you having mark on and I’ll have to listen to his podcast. And I can advocate for Scott Peterson, but not Jussie Smollett. Mark just proves that he’ll say whatever he needs to to paint his client in a good light.

  3. Mark Geragos appears on On The Record with Greta Van Susteran stating…
"You'd be hard pressed to find a prosecutor who couldn't put together an indictment let alone a conviction."
He explains why he believes Scott Peterson will eventually be proven guilty.
"It would have to be the greatest of coincidences that he goes to this marina, that it just so happens that four months later a females torso shows up, that a baby boy shows up, that it happens to be in the same area where this guy went, that this guy happens to have on his computer the currents and the tides, that he says the last time he saw her is when he left her there in the neighborhood and that he's having an affair on top of it. You combine that all together-theres a lot of guys sitting in prison on a lot less evidence. And his defense at this point is 'Oh my God, somebody else must have done it and was trying to set me up by dumping the bodies into the general vicinity of where I was and it just so happens that I had the tides and the current locations on my computer because I was going fishing anyway.'
I don't think it's ever going to wash."

He changed his tune pretty quick for a million bucks.

  4. Josh Ritter and his firm Werksman, Jackson & Quinn LLP defended Harvey Weinstein for rape charges, I should stop with that, but excuse me while I go puke. Joshua Ritter is a boring, charisma-free “host”. Listening to two self-glorifying lawyers stroking each other’s egos is nauseating. As defense attorneys, both of these men have in some cases represented WEALTHY persons of power or celebrity, clients whom they knew were guilty of despicable crimes. To name just a few, Harvey Weinstein, Michael Jackson, Scott Peterson, Michael Avenatti, and the list goes on. It’s all about the money.

  5. I personally have always liked to Mark he’s a very bright man who is a character lol and I believe what he says about always liking the underdog

  6. Defending MJ from little boys, giving them alcohol is so hard to forgive bc I love his brain. Innocent boys. Never little girls, gee I wonder why? Sure prob happened to MJ has a child, maybe even God's Juice also. MJ showed up 15mins late & in his PJ'S. No respect for our law?

  7. Love your channel Josh 😊 what a really interesting life Mark has had…I love listening to people tell their life stories…behind the scenes of law is always more fascinating 😃

  8. Truly nice interview with Mark. Never new about him. Humble in my opinion. Happy and jovial. Must be hard working the Peterson case. Go easy on yourself Mark don't take to the bottle. 😀

  9. I'm sorry I can't watch this guy. To me everything he spews out of his mouth sounds like a typical lawyer trying to beat around the bush. Maybe it's my upbringing, but I think he's full of shit and hiding a ton of evidence.

  10. Please stop with the bleeping, this is Youtube, not American TV. It is a fucking annoying sound. Lower the volume instead if you are so worried about profanity.

  11. This attorney was good once but no more. It's been years that his credibility took a dive albeit maybe it's simply connections and fixes he's lost. Now he seeks fame from reviving Pederson's case whereby the killer Scott should have been put to death then. Today Mark wants to regurgitate his past to skip admitting he should have retired and gone away before he made a fool of himself. He's done. Nobody cares about him anymore. Ugh!

  12. Thank you for putting the Peterson case in a different perspective. I never thought he was treated fairly by the system. If Casey Anothony got off, why didn't he??? (Ok…I'm not really asking that to be answered) but Scott did not get a fair shake. And… You sound just like Seth Rogan!!!
