  1. I am very surprised by this case, they admitted he committed no crime and still demanded his ID and then everybody took the side of the police and said they did no wrong. I thought the majors reaction was way over the top and can’t believe nobody will take the lawsuit

  2. "Because the presence of a weapon(gun) makes any REASONABLE individual" the safety of the individual or others may be at risk. Says everything about the right to 🐻 arms granted to 90% of private citizens and police alike.

  3. If a driver is pulled over for a traffic stop and the officer asked the driver if there is any weapons in the car and the driver says yes a hand gun, why would the police be in fear for their safety, because if the driver wanted to harm the police he wouldn't have told him there was a gun in the car in the first place, the driver would have just started shooting once the officer approached the vehicle.

  4. It’s funny how often these situations escalate because some sensitive individuals with badges feel disrespected and behave like that simple act is an illegal action in and of itself.

  5. He never left his vehicle. He was on a road presumably open to public traffic, judging from the fact that they and other drivers have driven there freely and wothout knowledge that it was closed. If he never exited his vehicle, he never left his own property, and could not have trespassed onto another's property.

  6. Perfect example of Tyrants. The Major was absolutely escalating the situation and was trying very hard to show that he/they are above questioning and was very persistent with his belief that you have to do anything he says.

  7. I don’t think every person hast to know that right I think they’re right should be protected whether they know them or not and the fact that these officers trampled all over this man’s right foot hurt physically going and looking at a property that was for lease is fucking ridiculous and the fact that you defend them makes you fucking ridiculous

  8. Do we really think we need this kind of judge out there? Do we really think that this is the kind of people that we want rolling our lives remember to give them an inch they take a mile, so I gotta come for him just gonna come for you, and when they come for you, you better be armed, and if you keep giving them that inch you won’t be armed.

  9. 😮 I should think it was a reasonable argument, given the police department's absolutely indisputable pants-crapping reaction to anyone setting foot on "The District," that posting a FOR LEASE sign clearly beckoning interested parties to stop there constitutes entrapment. 😊

  10. There is no such thing as a MUST ID STATE, Learn the Law Officer, Proper terms are required from someone trying to up hold the law, Improper terms can get any ticket thrown out. One thing that should be done investigation should not be done internally, It should be done by citizens, Not officers, They should be chosen like Jury Duty is.

  11. Policeman Wood. is a total A-hole he is covering for his boss butt hurt, police people that act this way are a huge problem for the country as the average American does not respect them any longer.
Physiological tests should be administered to all employees that work at police stations as it seems that power goes to their head.
