18. Oh yes, while I was in high school there were people posing as students now that I think about it. One was caught because he shot someone somewhere else. But by memory these people were too old to have been kids. Were they staff posing as students to monitor the students or was it something else? We'll never really know. It does make conspiracy seem likely, fraud and someone else there knows and must be helping them.
