Shelby Hewitt has reportedly gone by many names over the last few years after she allegedly enrolled in multiple Boston-area schools under the names Ellie Blake and Danielle Herrera. The Boston Globe spoke with former colleagues of Hewitt’s alleged therapist, Rebecca Bernat, who claimed Bernat had met Hewitt previously and knew her real identity. The only places that will ever feel close to high school is working in a Columbia sports warehouse center or go to college. But going to an actual high school and pretending to be a student when you’re 30 years old, is like being a high school student and going to a 2nd grade elementary class and pretending you are 6 years old.

Oh yes, while I was in high school there were people posing as students now that I think about it. One was caught because he shot someone somewhere else. But by memory these people were too old to have been kids. Were they staff posing as students to monitor the students or was it something else? We'll never really know. It does make conspiracy seem likely, fraud and someone else there knows and must be helping them.

I'm on a Law and Crime BINGE. These stories are CRAZY. I just wonder what happens to the people involved and also why do people do this?? I'm 44 and I never thought, "Hey you know what I'd like to do today?? "Go to HS and pretend I'm a HS student." Or in the other videos "I want to sleep with a 13 year old."
