Auditor, though noble, blew it. By folding to the unconstitutional bullshit of the thug cop, he only confirmed that cop in his ignorant thuggery. By not pursuing formal remedy after the fact, there was no point to his encounter and thus has contributed nothing to addressing the problem. Sorry, though I appreciate auditors, it's important that they complete their self selected task: reform. That did not occur here…and the thug cop will even more confidently strut over the rights of us after triumphal experiences like this. Auditing should be left to those willing to make a stand for their rights. There’s plenty of such auditors.

This cop is prime example of what is wrong with law enforcement. Cop is on a power trip, becoming unhinged, letting his fragile ego get the better of him. He lacks the temperament to be a law enforcement officer.
The problem is that police think they are above the law. But they don't know the law. They don't know the Constitution and neither does most of our government. We are losing our rights and don't even know it. The police can lie knowing they can get away with it. It's time for our government to change and respect our rights.
