He had already threatened the female officer. Last, Could the arresting officer potentially let it slide, maybe but this former convict gave the officer the opportunity

I unfortunately lived in NJ for 18 months after growing up in the military. 90% of NJ cops are SIGI OR OTHER SOUTHERN ITALIAN in national family background. The BLATANT RACISM AMONG THOSE COPS IS ENDEMIC. CORRUPTION IS ENDEMIC.
And believe me … I spent from 80 to 98 then 2000 until present IN VIRGINIA IN A COUNTY WHERE OUR SHERIFF WAS INDICTED FOR CORRUPTION. NJ officers are WORSE.
