  1. At 7:43 when the other cop came and started acting dumb the other cop laughed and looked at the other guy and had that face like your right he is tripping! So he can know he has the other cop in his side against the cop over doing it. 😂😂🤣🤣🤣

  2. When people are geocaching people are invited to the locations by the owners of the cash. If the cache is on private property and sometimes it is usually it is posted on the caches post that access is allowed. This is ridiculous.

  3. He keeps referring to him as a DRIVER. He’s not DRIVING so he’s not a DRIVER. So those statutes aren’t applicable. Driver is a commercial term just like vehicle and operator. The officer did what we pay him taxes for. Mr traveller KNEW exactly what he was doing. ATA is actually misinformed and I hope unintentionally spreading misinformation like the term SOVEREIGN CITIZEN. There is no such thing as a sovereign citizen. That term is an oxymoron and is spread in order to disuade and mislead uneducated people from learning their rights and the law. SOVEREIGN essentially means FREE and CITIZEN essentially means SLAVE. In conclusion ATA was misinformed and was referencing laws that pertained to DRIVING (traveling in a commercial capacity) and clearly Mr Traveler is not a driver. So he was well within his rights and the officer upheld his oath. IMO Both receive an A+ and ATA receives a C-…

  4. Of course it’s public property. The city maintains all that gravel and landscaping up to the wall. The other side of the wall is obviously private property. How does Officer Genius not know that?

  5. These cops are jerks. Total assholes. They are both disgraces to their uniform and don't deserve a dog warden's badge, let alone the badge of a LEO. Officer 8632 for misrepresenting the law and attempting to escalate the situation. His partner for just letting it happen. As an LEO you are responsible for upholding the law, that includes when your partner infringes upon it.

  6. Officer#1 came up with an attitude right off the bat! Then continued with his Sarcasm. It’s officers like this one, that makes all officers look bad. This man had a nice and kind tone with the officers when they arrived. If this officer could have arrested this man for profanity, he would have done so! I think Officer 8632 deserves a F

  7. I totally disagree with your grades. The first cop should get an F-because of his rediculous, unlawful behavior and threats. You gave the 2nd cop a B but he should have gotten a C- because he stood there smiling but he knew the other cop was being petty. I'm glad they changed the law that now if a cop does nothing if a cop or cops are breaking the law, they too can be charged.
