  1. Her daughter was a shyster/grifter, who managed to get an elderly tenant's rent controlled apartment into her name, before the landlord could rent it out at market rate. She could have kept her yap shut, and be content with what she stole. But she decided to be an "activist", and organize a rent strike, trying to get heat she wasn't paying for.

  2. If you are innocent and have nothing to hide? Why refuse to talk to anyone? Why shove people out of your way? Why refuse to have police search your place? I’m sorry but that should’ve been enough for a warrant

  3. It was the landlord! Three people missing in his life that they never found. All people he’s likely disputed with. Get searching! He did it!

  4. Well if that apartment has new tenants and their rent is higher than the victims then obvious the landlord needs to be looked at again and who he knows.

  5. Who benefited from their disappearance? The Sullivans went missing and their landlord had the motive for them to be gone.

  6. He hired killers, they did what they were hired for and that's what happened. I would get a court order for the FBI to investigate, they may find something to connect to the killer landlord who clearly had MOTIVE.
