  1. IF,this was a small White man or women i guarantee that first officer wouldnt have done anything and even left them alone.Big chubby black guy and immediately hostile and no compassion. Its sad cause they wont say race but clearly this was a Race-Baiting situation and its sickening

  2. There are police officers and there are pigs. This one is the latter.

Good thing he was sent back to school, but I think demotion is also a must

  3. This is a problem with the law, they made the law so complicated that the law needed interpreters (lawyers) to explain why their actions are justifiable. The fact that the law has so many loopholes just proves that the law is just common sense twisted to be used by an individual in a way that justifies their actions of it being right or wrong. The fact that common sense was sharpened and made into a justifying weapon (The law) is just wrong.

  4. Cops in 2024 are WOEFULLY fucked. Yall are in deep DEEP SHIT. Just WAIT to what’s coming dude. lol just wait. It’s gonna be eye opening.

  5. As soon as the 1st cop said it was unlawful burning he should've stood up and presnted his writs to be handcuffed. Then look at the cop and tell him put up or shut up. In other words call his bluff. Either way homeie is getting out of this.

  6. This kinda conduct is why people hate the police. The officer had an opportunity to win the heart and mind of his fellow citizen by being empathetic and offering his condolences. Maybe even share an human experience with the grieving man. What a monster this cop 👮 is. Disgusting and disgraceful!

Bro I’m sorry you had to deal with this. I hope you’re finding the comfort you need. You did great handling this douche bag cop.

  7. You're a tough guy for talking like that??? What the fuck!!!! Scary that he still employed..I could see retaliation from him because this shit went viral and he got reprimanded and had to go through classes..should have been fired..

  8. Stupid ahhh cop just keeps saying well idk this and idk that while trying to counter act what the man was saying. Makes me sick how childish these ppl are and they get to wield a gun 🙄🙄

  9. If he just answered the cops question from the start ..this would have ended different. Being arrogant towards police never works in your favor so just be respectful if you dont want any problems

  10. Trying to ID people and claiming obstruction is like crack to cops. Why is it so hard to be friendly to people and calmly inquire as to their business especially on a questionable stop .

  11. This guy was an ass hole to the cop from the word go. Cop- Hey what do we have going on here? Ass hole- What does it look like? That is absolutely 100% being a smart ass. This idea that a cop isn’t allowed to ask you a question, and that you have all authority to be as nasty as you want to them. Having an expectation of your nastiness not having any effect on how a cop is going to treat you is asinine. For anyone who disagrees with that, How can you not think this encounter would have gone different if instead of saying “what does it look like” he simply told the guy “Hey man I’m just grieving the death of a friend or a loved one that I lost recently”. ? In one sentence he would have explained exactly why he was there, and made if fully understood why he had candles lit. Which is something, that if not explained seems a bit odd. Instead of just auditing the cops in your world where you think it’s acceptable to have an attitude and instantly become hostile towards the police, why don’t you audit some of these low life’s who’s shty attitudes turns an encounter that could have been navigated successfully into them being arrested. Or worse. This guy is talking about being a human being like that entitles him to be treated with some respect and dignity. He’s right. it does. But guess what? That cop is human being too. Regardless of how much you hate authority that cop is a human being too, and he’s just as likely to respond negatively to needless unprovoked attitude and abuse as you are. If you are going to “audit” the cops. Make sure you audit your self and your garbage attitude. The next encounter with law enforcement that you have just try treating them with the same kind of respect you think you deserve, and take notice of how much better it goes than this one. Or go ahead and get an attitude and be hostile and enjoy the new charges.

  12. This cop clearly does not have the slightest clue what the word condolences means, because to him, its talking like a tough guu. 😆 Idiot…
This man actually showed a lot of restraint for the disrespect he was being shown during this situation in his life. You can tell he was friends with the person who died.and to be harassed like this. He had more grace for this officer than i could have shown undoubtedly.
