Kwauhuru Govan was arrested for murder just minutes before he was scheduled to be released from a Florida prison on unrelated charges. It's crazy to use DNA face identity, when the police think most colored people "fit the description". They think most all look alike. And if they have the DNA for face identity, why don't they just use the suspect DNA to prove it, instead of a DNA picture???

A murderer can't be considered a serial killer until they've had at least 4 kills attributed to them. He's a terrible person, sure, but not a serial killer.
