Full disclosure: I made this episode a couple of years ago, but YouTube wouldn't allow me to post it. It appears they have changed their perspective on this so I re-edited the video and uploaded it for you all to enjoy. Watch this video to the end and show YouTube that it was worth being posted!
Way to go! Incredible to see officers like this maintaining integrity within the ranks. Honesty is key!
Kudos to this brave officer for taking a firm stance against misconduct. May this spark more integrity within the force!
Idk. This one doesn't seem like a big deal. 20 minutes in the cold? Please. He was driving a golf cart at night in that same cold. Pretty weak.
1:58 😂😂😂😂. 30 yr old teenagers. That's every video I watched in the 80s
Taunting and 🥶 freezing this kid is what makes these cops….A-holes.
AMWOC Streets share Nationwide share
Appreciate the brave action taken! Solidarity for ethical law enforcement is vital for societal progress.
An American police officer courageously intervened to prevent misconduct by a fellow officer.
I HOPE YOU HAVE SUED THE HELL OUT OF THOSE OFFICERS INVOLVED FOR CHILD ABUSE AND ANY OTHER VIOLATIONS !!!!
Illegal detainment, cruel and unusual punishment and abuse of a minor.
The kids mother should sue
I was under the assumption that the police are legally unable to punish ANYBODY. That's for the courts, judges, and juries to do We are innocent until proven guilty, especially when it involves he citizen who is basically a child. Cruel and sadistic.
I have said it numerous times and I'll say it here again with fervent hope it reaches the ears of somebody or a group who could take it into serious consideration.
The police department needs to work together with 1st Amendment Auditors.
There are personal prejudices each side would have to make to make this a success.
If and when those personal prejudices could be professionally dropped by both sides it would allow for a healthy respect for each other's working environments to foster.
That could only help in bringing about American wide national police improvement.
Complacency in policing is a crime.
It should be ranked up there with falsifying reports.
Holy shit
In my country it's illegal for cops to punish anyone. It's up to the court to punish people.
Cops can't go more violent than necessary and certainly not to get confessions or revenge.
Don’t police departments give a psych evaluation prior to hiring? Yet it seems like the crooked, deceitful and sadistic get on the force. Is it any wonder ish goes undisclosed ?
Really bad police they are torturing him in their police car. Not right.
That asshole cop is what makes all the cops look bad and it’s bull crap because not all cops are bad. I have friends family members clients that are cops and they are the nicest people and they take their job seriously as a public servant. This guy doesn’t need power or controlat all because he obviously abuses it
You're going to Starbucks? How many cups of coffee have you had tonight?
Muting is evidence tampering. Allowing a something to investigate itself is a conflict of interest.
ALL equal under the law , Yeah right if you say so. but seriously we don't believe you you are not fooling anyone.
imagine being an adult, and you have authority over a minor for a moment of their lives and so you proceed making that minor's life a living hell.
Some adults dont deserve to live past teen age
Scalia argued that torture was not punishment so it could not be cruel and unusual. Punishment is what is applied after a trial is held. Don't get me wrong, I think the cop was a prick but probably wouldn't fall under a violation of the 8th amendment.
This ladies and gentlemen is why qualified immunity needs to be demolished forever
What do you expect from a group of protected Gestapo thugs.
That cop thought he was so cool rolling those windows down and freezing out a 13 year old. What a little b*tch.
i mean it worked lol the kid clearly stole the golf cart lied about his moms work and everything else that came from his mouth
The originating (Female) officer is a guilty as the male who left the heat off and windows down. He was in her custody and her responsibility to protect him from the other officer.
Muting body cameras should be illegal
Things like this happen and they wonder why people hate the cops
That seems bad
I wonder how that abusive cop would handle it if a douche bag cop did this to his son. I take that back, that male cop would be a cruel, abusive father and hopefully has no children. Ever.
freezing in a STOLEN golf cart is ok, freezing in a cop car, corruption, case dismissed
Dude shut your mouth I DONT ANSWER QUESTIONS
Crime committed in the name of Enforcing the LAW , is so seldom prosecuted , that it is becoming the norm .
Is keeping a person in solitart confinement for 2 years for trespass "Cruel and Unusual"?
It's a shame that the video doesn't actually include the part mentioned in the title that I was interested in seeing.
Tough Nazi torturing a 13 year old.
Is he fn serious? Rolling all the windows down and doing that to anyone much less a 13 yo child? I hope this guy got fired. Who's the child here?
Ok genius….what kind of ID does a 13 year old have?
too many cops think they are street judges , jury and executioner. not upholders of the law but think they ARE the law.
Disgusting
Sergeant Elzie is on a power trip.
* 1st case: That cop is torturing a MINOR for ½ an hour to force information from him, when he doesn't have to say anything. WTH does he do to adults??? That cop NEEDS to be fired. And he was REWARDED after TORTURING A MINOR??? And the first cop did NOTHING!!! They CLEARLY do it SO COMMONLY, that she called it "freezing him out." WTH IS GOING ON IN THE USA???? I was thinking cruel & unusual punishment as soon as he did it! Clearly, the head of that police department MUST be fired & possibly charged.
Typical bad/average cop behavior
The issue is cop whistleblowers often get horrible backlash from their own department when they blow the whistle on things improper happening
