You gave him a B minus when he failed to investigate even enough to discover that he was kidnapping the wrong person! No way. He should’ve gotten an F.
It’s unbelievable how long it took this idiot cop to find out the name of the person he had arrested and confirm if it was the right name of the person that was being trespassed.
This officer looked brainless in his very first picture shown. He should be banned from Walmart for life or costing them this huge lawsuit. I certainly hope he’s not out on the streets making unintelligent Decisions that affect peoples lives in a traumatic way.
Mcneely gets an F
10 mil is an insane amount to be asking for this.I cant see this being even a 10 thousand dollar suit tbh
Asset Protection Employees are Dumb Goons
The US law is quite weird. If ID is important, why don't they make a law requiring citizens to identify themselves to the police, like the police do?
The cop was horrible. He should have validated who he was and not the worthless, unsure Pettigrew's ID.
You know that deputy got bullied in high school.
Inhate it when these idiots shield the accuser by saying. They dont have to have a reason. He obviously had a reason. Shes asking for that reason. How dumb
Last name is pronounced "new-E-N"
The lawsuit (Nguyen v. Walmart Inc. et al) has been stayed (paused) since 3/13/24 (over 5 mos.) prior to even getting started because dimwit defendant Deputy McNeely filed a Motion to Dismiss several of the charges in the amended complaint. The judge needed time to think it over & decide whether to grant or deny the motion. Over 5 months later, no decision has been made – absolutely ridiculous!
Justice delayed is justice denied!
13:03 Polish ID spotted let's goo, greetings from Poland
This has happened to me so many times! Not in Walmart but somebody getting mad called about some BS and the cops assume and they act like they're representing them as a damn lawyer 😂 okay I'll do whatever you say Walmart apprehension😂. Because WALMART SAID… GTFOH WITH BS
Dangerous indeed. At !g B1ABmn😂juice😊
Didnt they take his ID? Wtf
If he was guilty of theft from Walmart and was convicted, then Walmart has the right to trespass him…no?
What in investigation did he do Florida again
What in investigation did he do
What in investigation did he do
again we know cops can't read and just don't give a shit
Tbh seemed like a chill cop, I think it's more on the supervisor
Florida! It figures.
Cops cannot be trusted
This was racial profiling, which is an act of brutality and terrorism.
DEFUND THE POLICE!!!
ASIAN LIVES MATTER!!!
This isn't law enforcement, it's domestic terrorism.
The fact that a business can trespass you without giving a reason baffles me
🤣🤣🤣
Seemed to be a genuine (racial profiling) mistake, happens all the time, if you're not white
not only did they not ask for his ID, they didn't even ask for his name
Zero investigation. Zero attempt to identify the individual.
He checked the trespassing order but not the guys identification? Absurd. She was discriminated against. Also you should be able to film in Walmart in area open to the public
Any update?
Good lawsuit
Police department should be sued also for not doing a thorough investigation to see if they have the right person which they didnt and security ought to be fired hopefully Walmart fixes this but they probably won't big business is surely entitled
They're trying to create police Powers the police sue the corporation
They're trying to create police Powers the police
Sue the person for calling 911 please powers
What was the outcome of? I hope he won. That’s insane
I got arrested for going to buy a bottle of water from the vending machine located inside the lobby and the paper says lack of evidence that I committed any crime I didn’t even exist the store the issue a warrant two months later I even called 911 the same day when I got approached from this raciest lady and I reported
Can anyone please explain to me why was the woman issued a trespass warning as well? What was the bases for doing so? I believe that Walmart should be boycotted and made to answer questions.
I think that should be a d minus not a b this officer couldn't even look at his identification prior to arresting him that little tiny thing could have had a better outcome don't you think kind of a high grade for a colossal screw up like he did
So it never occurred to the deputy to …. oh, I don't know …… CHECK HIS ID?!
And unfortunately I've lived in Florida all my life except for 5 years and I am 60 years old so I'm in here pretty much all my life Not proud of all of it Florida sucks a lot Gotta go where your spouse wants you to go right
So far watching these videos Florida is only state so far that is so rude whenever the people ask can I take my phone with me can I have my phone that you can take it but you can't use it they're so rude about it And the other state say would you like take your phones or anything you wanna take with so much nicer than our Florida cops they need to go to another state and be trying to And the other state say would you like take your phones or anything you wanna take with so much nicer than our Florida cops they need to go to another state and train apparently
One key element I see in all of these videos… Cops not being required to inform you as to why you are being apprehended, held, arrested, approached or cops who trespass… that should be required by law. The resistance, who anyone would and do naturally is… why tf are you touching me, arresting me etc. these cops turn on the beast, weak wimp beast, the one who says… don’t you challenge me or I’ll …. These cops are unchained.
The fat Walmart employe is one of the people who only sees Asian and and they all look alike, should have checked himself and his responsibility.
