  1. Thanks for being here! I hope you have an awesome week! I have a huge announcement coming soon so be sure to check back over the next couple of episodes. I might announce it a little early on the second channel if you want to go check that out! See you in the next one. Cheers!

  2. Whilst constitutional rights exist, the reason why this policr operation continued is not because the police love council members, it's because America (seperateto all other democratic countries) does in fact work off personal views, feelings etc.even your own judges show personal judgements (mostly bad but sometimes even biased good) towards the accused!

This is NOT the same elsewhere!
A judge cannot show personal favoritism or penalty towards anyone. Rather they can only stick to the law, as stated in a law book.

Yes police may arrest innocent people (mainly due to ignorance of the law). But they can't make up personal laws! Just like a judge can't either.

I've watched MANY police interactions (and court judgements) in America. Suffice to say there is a clear and obvious personal bias ONLY in America.

I have my reasons for this broken jurisdiction and feeling enforcement, hower I'm unable to quote my most probable unsubstantiated claims by at least 50% of Americans, of which is a shame.

  3. Why are public servants so interested in violating our rights and dishonoring their oaths? I just don't get it. These videos make the entire government seem like puppets controlled by satan.

  4. These fucking moron will keep doing this shit until the lawsuit start coming out Cops pension funds and these town employees! It will sto when these morons learn they will personally have to pay

  5. In most situations, you generally cannot be arrested solely for leaving the scene after someone calls the police on you if you are not actively committing a crime or are not considered a suspect, as you have the right to leave unless you are detained or arrested; however, depending on the circumstances, leaving could complicate the situation and potentially lead to further investigation if the police need to speak with you.

  6. Since it's on camera, the guy that lied to the police to weaponize them needs to be arrested, and the cops that were tyrannical for doing it beed to be fired and arrested. QI excludes civil right violations, so they cannot claim QI.

  7. She get's more than a B+. But ya, she should have stuck to "I don't have to provide you with ID unless I've commited a crime". She almost was doing that, but then conflated it with needing to know why she was being removed from the meeting. Also you can't be arrested for trespassing unless you've been trespassed and still refuse to leave, which was not the case… they were all waiting for the supervisor. Something you failed to bring up. No one was trespassing.

  8. Interesting how the Town Supervisor tells the cops he wants someone arrested for violating their POLICIES. This cop doesn’t know basic Civics.
Perhaps they should watch the Saturday Morning Cartoons.
    “I’m just a Bill”

  9. You can be ejected from a city hall public meeting if you are disrupting the meeting. This includes:
Refusing to sit down after your allotted speaking time has ended
    Shouting out or yelling repeatedly
Protesting so loudly that it interferes with the meeting, even if you are in a different room
Public officials may refer to removing someone from a meeting as "trespassing". However, they may also use the excuse of "abusive" or "demeaning" comments to silence speakers who are critical of officials or offer a viewpoint they dislike. This violates First Amendment principles.

  10. In the middle of an investigation for a call for service, it generally makes sense for police to ask for someone's ID if they have a reasonable suspicion that the person is involved in the crime being investigated, as they may need to verify their identity to further the investigation; however, if the person is not considered a suspect at that point, the police might wait until the investigation is further along before requesting identification.

  11. The hate for law enforcement is EARNED. Like how respect is earned, not given… they have 100% earned the hate for their entire profession, it wasnt just given to em cuz people just dont like cops… n yet they still have the gall to wonder why they are hated universally.

  12. She needs to sue them Federally yo the point where the Oswego p.d. would have only enough money left in annual budget to only be able to afford used police cars to replace their current worn out ones.

  13. 1st and 4th amendment rights are everyone’s right in America. Though law enforcement can arrest and detain anyone up 48 hours without cause and charges. Policy is not Law. An individual has to be trespassed and removed from the property. If they come back then then are trespassing. That council member definitely has a problem with her. Also being held accountable.
