  1. I think the work you're doing here is so important. You not only show cases of rights being violated, but you specifically cite laws, case law, ordinances, and regulations to back up what you're saying while explaining in a clear and concise way what is going on. I think if more people watched your channel, the police would be forced to be reformed nationwide so that people's rights stop being violated so frequently.

  2. As someone living in the EU it's a shock to see police officers in the US behave so "immature" (?) why do they always need to be so aggressive and disrespectful? Take a chill pill God damn

  3. Stop and search is what this stop is all about ,there was no lane change or speeding that was the excuse to pull him over ,these assholes saw a black man ,black men always carry drugs ,and guns and if we're lucky, cash .

  4. These cops need to be sued and fired and arrested! This is a bunch of BS ! They need to lose their jobs! They illegaly pulled him over and out of his car!

  5. This is why people think cops are idiots. He reached for a paper. The officer had a pumped up sense of urgency that is likely why the guy acted "funny"

  6. Gonna have to say no about rolling all windows down. Arrest me if you want. The lawsuit will provide for my family!

  7. Police dogs are constantly QUED by handlers but are rarely caught due to cops keeping their body cams and dash cams to as not catch the whole interaction. Cops know this and will QUE a dog to trigger out of view of a camera to justify a search.

  8. A CONTROLLED setting is waaaaay! different than a public Terry stop where there are millions of different scents every day. Again police K9's are trained to please their handlers. (which most go home with the handlers and are PETS wanting to please their master) Police DRUG sniffing dogs need to be banned.

  9. B.S. Another false alert from the handlers motions, (which happens all the time) or a desire to be praised for the alert from a mentally trained dog to alert to receive better treatment. These are DOGS which are smart enough to know if they alert and please their handlers then they will be treated better than if they do not alert. It' just like bad cops. Bad training leads to bad policing.

  10. This B.S happens all the time. Cops will delay traffic stops for ever if you do not comply to their demands to search and will call K9 units (which are always an hour away) and then falsely alert to the handlers commands so they can be praised and rewarded for alerting. This is a trained action from their handlers. I think all K9 units should be for finding fleeing suspects only since they are trained to PLEASE their handlers to receive a reward. When the K9 alerts (which is 50% or less accurate) this gives the cops a right to search. Police dogs are TRAINED to alert for praise and treats such as playing with a rolled up towel playing tug of war, but if they do not alert they are put back in the vehicle without the praise and treats.

  11. If you let cops retrieve anything in your car you are giving them partial consent to search your vehicle. NEVER consent to cops intruding into your car. If that is where your I.D. is then refuse consent and provide it in court.

  12. Let me say that the jails and prisons are full of Black and Hispanic men and is NOT racial profiling, but rather the fact that most of these jailable crimes are commit by these type of men. It has nothing to do with skin color but a lack of social skills being raised and influenced by their peers to believe crimes against society are ok as long as you don't get caught.
