  1. It is a thing..when our newly minted supreme leader the dictator Justin Trudeau had a majority gov't in 2015 he took away some rights..one cops don't need reasonable suspicion to pull you over and demand your license..as long as you're in the vehicle you must ID and if asked submit to a breathalyzer with no reasonable suspicion..the other thing he did was if say someone phones the cops and says you swerved on the road or some such thing they can come to your house and give you a breathalyzer up to 3 hours after..even if you came home totally sober then caught an Uber say to the bar and they track you down because of a complaint you can still be charged with DUI even though you didn't drink til you got to the bar..a lawyer said if the cops come to your door don't answer it..once you open the door and they demand a breathalyzer you must comply but if you don't answer the door you're good..sadly 99% of Canadians aren't even aware of these changes..I'm almost 60 and this is not the Canada I grew up in..

  2. You have to ask if an officer goes out of his way to make someone into a criminal.

Does that make them first class police officers and giving first class customer service

Or a bully with a badge

    A molester with a badge

What is worse than a child molester

Is it a molester or bully with a badge

  3. Way to perpetuate blue line gang activity stating their actions should be considered 'average'. Clear 4A violation, unlawful and illegal detainment and unwarranted ticket simply to ruin a citizens reputation before he files an officer complaint should NEVER be accepted as 'average' behavior by We The People or we may as well lay down now!!

  4. They got you when you're driving your car. They got you when you're walking down the road. You aren't even completely safe from lying cops when you lock yourself in your home. The only thing we have left is the Second Amendment.

  5. When the supreme Court made that comment about subjective reasons, was that before or after the use of bodycams. Because they're subjective reasons quickly become objective when you can watch and listen to the BS they come up with to get an id

  6. The officer that stopped the civilian was basically stalking the civilian which I'm sorry should be illegal he made at least 3 u-turns before he initiated the "traffic stop" with no suspicion of a crime. If a civilian did that it would definitely be considered stalking so why are police allowed to stalk civilians not suspected of a crime if civilians are allowed to do it.
