A lot of copsuckers and copslainers in the comment that lost the entire point of overreach. Yeah u don't have to like the victim but don't kneel to the badge !!
This guy is trying so hard to get arrested and sue. F minus.
Mr. Watchmen got exactly what his behavior asked for
Guy gets out of his car to argue with cop. Incompetent.
Troopers deserve A+
I'm confused about what is the traffic stop and what is the detainment. If someone walking by had walked up to the traffic stop after the officer had said the detainee was free to leave, the officer could have said "please stay back and don't approach the traffic stop." But when the the detainee walks up after he was free to leave, that's ok…? It seems too aggressive and I think he's lucky it didn't escalate.
I disagree with Audit the Audit grading in this case. This cupcake citizen acted like a 3 year old child! If he had shown some maturity this stop would have ended quickly and without incident.
There was no reason to lower his grade because he gave consent for a limited search. He wanted to speak to them while keeping his hands warm.
This is exactly why auditors are given such a hard time by police. Cops end up assuming that everyone acts like this shining example of grace and intelligence
Wait Officers C- and Citezen B-…ohh no!!
I watch a lot, but don't usually comment, but apart from being testosterone filled, and deliberately aggressive, this Citezen is under-informed, misinformed and ill-informed. He also was the one who re-engaged or reinstated the stop when the officers, tried their best to wrap up the encounter, while looking out for his and their safety.
They did everything legally, and practically right to make it home to their family.
Officers A+
Citezen Lower than F-
He did highlight 2 things for the public that we might otherwise be unaware of: 1) there is no law that mandates that you remain in your vehicle. (Although the officer may give a lawful order to get back into the car) 2) He consented to a pocket search prior to them demanding a pat down, so when they did more than his consent he showed two things, he was willing to cooperate to show they were safe and he didn’t have a gun in his pocket, but they had already decided on a different path and outcome that was not based on their the fear for their safety at all but rather power and control over him. This is what most violent criminals do to their victims, they exercise power and control first to instill fear.
I do agree the watchman could have said less but anyone who has been in his shoes knows that no matter how many times you have confronted this issue, you know how bad it can go in a matter of seconds. One fast movement and deputy #2 would have drawn his weapon. That alone can make even the most well trained person nervous and forget all the “right” things to do. I think he did his best in the face of adversity and is probably his own worst critic. The only thing that will help you remain calm in these situations is repetition and practice.
Driver completely escalated this encounter. He got exactly the kind of negative attention he was seeking. He got served and protected.
It's hard to feel bad for this guy, because he's being such a jerk. There was no need to be this difficult.
Absolute jerk of an "auditor." Confrontational and aggressive throughout. The troopers were exceptionally patient with him considering how he acted. Narrator made the wrong call AGAIN
your takeaways about this video are flat out wrong. you literally contradict yourself in the same breath. this fool was hostile and erratic from start to finish, and then you site the case law that makes that reasonable suspicion. you say the cops have no right to pat him down unless they ask him to take his hands out of his pockets, and you dub this over the footage of them asking him to keep his hands out of his pockets.
why are you carrying water for what it clearly an unwell and dangerous person?
This dude is just annoying and was phishing for a reaction. Cops were very patient with this idiot.
If you're gonna mess with the cops why would you not update your registration and insurance card first?
Are you kidding with these grades? This guy perfectly exemplified everything you shouldn’t do at a traffic stop. The cops were unnecessarily patient.
He wins hands down. White tyrant needs to stop at the real end of the day , they will regret what they have done ,and will Weare the consiquences.
The watchmen guy is a clown, give him a F
i love this guy!! moree americans like this pls
You ain't eyeballing me …are you boy..

It’s sad that because the cops didn’t BREAK the law or violate rights, they get a C-! In the real world, that’s a “F”! Period. These cops failed in every way possible… maybe not in a total law breaking movement, but professionalism, courteous behavior, maintaining standards, and EGO!! Any man who can be controlled by his emotions, or allows his EGO to make him make mistakes and bad decisions, when he cannot control himself to not get himself in trouble… that is A WEAK MAN, and he shouldn’t have a gun or a badge!!
This is probably the first time I've disagreed with you Mr.Audit. That citizen was asking to get punched in the mouth. I believe very few people would put up with his nonsense.
I’m not anti-auditor in the slightest (not all of them are annoying pests) but Mr. Watchman did it all wrong here. The cops were actually in the right here for being professional.
Adults ?
This guy wanted a lawsuit
First of all. We don't have to listen to you cops. We are not children. Fuck off.
Mr. Citizen is projecting amd gaslighting bad on this stop. F-
Cops are cowards
For the police, traffic stops are the worst. It is very easy for a person to pull a gun out and shoot. The "auditor" gets out of the pickup and repeatedly reaches into his pockets, which is very concerning. The pat-down should include the pockets and waistband. It is too easy to judge the police. Let's put you in the police's place, and what would you do? The policeman was kind enough to write a warning and not a ticket. The "auditor" put himself in a very tense station, which was uncalled-for. The "auditor" should get a "D" and the police at least a "B".
