15:25 "This is the only time I wish I was black because you would've shot me" is wild, man. Those cops don't shoot to wound. They'll straight up murder him by shooting multiple times.
Also, no rational black person would ever interact with the police like that. He called the cops while drunk, high, and holding a pound of weed because he thought he was untouchable. Then the police touched all over him and his stuff. Twice.
They should've gave him more time, he's a danger to the general public as he is.
