  1. Explain it to them before you touch them. then there is no need for most of this bs. if you are going to put your hands on a person, tell them WTF is going on. that's how you investigate without getting the town bankrupted with your stupid fk ups.

  2. PLEASE follow up on this one, both on her recovery and on her case.

In MY opinion reckless endangerment is WAY far BELOW the level of culpability these "officers" have for this case. The fact that they AREN'T on trial for negligent homicide is merely by the grace of God. What sane person would park on a railroad track? And what kind of an idiot, or monster, would place a detainee in a car parked on a railroad track? And how did they not know the train was coming and MOVE her? I hope they throw the book at there "cops" and fire them. And I hope she sues them into oblivion for nearly killing her.

  3. So cops will investigate cops? "we investigated our colleagues, and found no wrong doing" in the end the police will blame the train, and maybe the train drivers dog. We all know how the system works, don't we?

  4. Wow,to not have to say why your held at gunpoint is very unsettling. Never seen this except in the USA.Its like they are making all citizens guilty till proven innocent.
Then they start with the bullshit to justify there illegal actions.Only in America.

  5. i like how they use "paid administrative leave" to indicate some sort of punishment… other than america and every other dicataorship paid leave is a given you expect to receive and look forward to.. just saying.. america is soooo f'd up

  6. Ya know there's stupid…and then theres these dummies….I'm speechless. ….but i will say…..that this is
absolutely unbelievably mind-blowing…. that somewhere someone thought it was a good idea to make these lummox's responsible for life & liberty….

  7. I couldn’t imagine police doing this to my girl. I would not even be me anymore. I’d be lost forever. There’s nothing you can do. You can fight it. They’ll win. You keep fighting it, the cops will harass you. I feel really bad for these victims of police and I also feel bad for the good cops that truly do the right thing. They are over shadowed. They get lumped together with the rest of them. If they said or do anything they are blackballed. No one responds when they need help. We as humans need to be better. We created this mess we live in.

  8. Yareni Rios-Gonzalez sued the city of Fort Lupton and the nearby town of Platteville after officers from the two Weld County police departments left her handcuffed inside a cruiser parked on train tracks that was then hit by a locomotive. Eric Ziporin, a lawyer representing two of the involved police officers, said the parties reached an $8.5 million settlement."

  9. God save us from these truly evil beings. Whenever a nation falls paramilitary groups, like the police, are usually some dark entity's opening act. Watch a few of these corrupt cop vids. General disregard for other people. General disregard for laws. Horrific egos. And an actual disdain for the constitution. Please watch more than this one. Cops often show revulsion at the mere mention of the constitution, or rights. Again, examine the fall of nations, and you'll see cops, a paramilitary group, always play a key role in the destruction of a nation.

  10. Update for those interested:

The casde did not go to trial. Gonzalez won $8.5M in a settlement. Her attorney decised to settle because the pool of insurance money from which she would be paid was the same pool from which the city would pay it's own legal fees. That is to say, had this gone to trial, Gonzalez's pay out would have gotten smaller and smaller the longer the trial went on. She effectively would have paid the legal fees of her opposition even if she won and wouldve made less than if ahe settled. The insurance pool totalled $10M

  11. So these cops are intelilligent enough to investigate someone's car for evidence, yet not intelligent enough to not park on RR tracks. Shows they were obessed with an arrest and creating a crime.
